I'm not terribly sure how combat works here, though I've glanced through the rules. I can see that Immortality is banned (for obvious reasons), but what about immunity to aging? Or would that just be a little regeneration? How do low- to no-power heroes fare here?

Low-to-no power heroes fare just as well as anyone else. Just depends on how you play them. Weening does sound like an innuendo. Characters can have immunity to aging, though it is preferred that there is a reason for the no-aging.
