The Looks

Kira has a gorgeous body that every girl would dream of; slender legs and a perfect hourglass. On her legs, she most commonly wears skirts of varying lengths in either black or white and usually at or above the mid thighs, or tight black pants. She usually wears two to three inch heeled zip up boots that go up to just above the knees over black thigh-highs while wearing a skirt or just over the pants when wearing them. On her top, she wears tank-tops that reveal cleavage, usually underneath a white or black blouse when wearing a skirt. If she is wearing the pants, she will usually not wear anything else over that, but may have leather wrist bands strapped to either or both wrists.

When performing criminal acts, she forgoes heels and will simply wear black boots that go up to her thighs. Kira wears a white jumpsuit, but has black gloves that reach up to the mid biceps. She also wears an elastic black fabric mask over her face that tucks into the neck of jumpsuit. Kira always pulls her hair out over the back, so that it always flows and can be seen.

The Legacy

Personality: Sadistic and cruel, Kira embodies evil itself. At the same time, she rarely shows this and instead prefers to pretend that she is just a regular girl who wants to have a good time. She pretends to be an innocent girl most of the time, acting as if she is completely innocent. She loves to cozy up to guys, giving them the idea that they are in control. At the same time, she takes control with girls, trying to get them to spill themselves to her. This most seen side of her is what makes her seem like such a normal person when out in everyday life.

At the same time, when doing villain work, she is almost entirely corrupted by sadism and will attack anybody who attempts to stop her. Still though, she flirts even more in situations like these, when she feels that it is completely harmless. She even goes so far as to try and attract the attention of the male crime-fighters trying to stop her. Very little phases her in combat, but only because she finds the concept of combat and stealing fun. Her life is entirely to satisfy her desires and goals, anybody in the way is either seduced or pushed out of the way.

History: Kira's parents were both Japanese, and came to America shortly before her birth. They were looking for a change in location, and wanted the very best for their daughter. They had moved to New York, hoping that it would be a place of refuge for them. The baby was supposed to be born sometime in the winter months, and they were looking forward to it. Their first-born child, and it would be a baby girl. They began buying clothes months in advance, wanting to give her everything they could afford. Eventually, she was born, in the middle of December. It was cold and snowy, but her parents were happy just to have their first child. She had black hair and brown eyes, a beautiful baby girl.

As she grew, her parents constantly doted on her. They gave her everything they could afford, while still saving for a college fund. They loved the idea that they had a baby girl, and would do anything to make her happy and smile. Before long, she started giving off signs of being a meta-human. There was black lightning flying around the house, they thought it was tricks at first until they saw her unleashing it and a fire started. They knew that they needed to let her know that they knew, but could not let anybody else know about the powers she possessed. They loved her more than anything, and wouldn't let anybody take her away from them or experiment on her because of being a meta-human. They just let her know that she was their little girl and would do anything to protect her, and she loved the attention it garnered her. Since a young age, she was involved with a variety of gymnastics and proved to be immensely skilled. Able to do complicated maneuvers in weeks where it took many others years to get them down properly.

She continued to grow older, eventually joining high school. Her beauty immediately garnered her attention there, causing many of the students in the school to gawk at her. She realized immediately that she was quite attractive, and so would use that to her advantage by having some of the smarter students do her school work for her. Not that she couldn't do it on her own, but she never had the time to spend on it when trying to woo other students into her own school fan club. It was also during these years that she really began to learn how to control her powers, going to parks at night while wearing hoods and face masks to cover her identity. She began to get to a point that she could cause what many thought were thunderstorms when she tried, the only difference being that the lightning from these storms was black. She realized that these powers were immense, and continually trained them whenever she got the time. She also started to take a variety of martial arts classes to further her combat prowess, talking her parents into doing it for self-defense and interest in heritage.

By the time she was done with high school, she graduated in the top ten percent of her class. She was doing all of her own work, and was also involved in many of the sports related extra-curricular activities there. She had obtained black belts in many forms of martial arts, and had even grown to be a master level swords-woman. Once she finished with high school, she went to college, and moved to the state of Georgia for college there. She took some extra classes there also, getting into firearms training. She got a bachelors in mathematics by the end of the four years there, and then decided to go off to find something to do for money.

So started her criminal career, she began stealing, wearing a full face mask to cover her identity.

The Powers

Power 1: Black Lightning - Regular lightning, except midnight black in color. It can be launched at night and be harder to see, or used during the day to attack without the cover of darkness. The number of uses this lightning serves are many, but can be used to either attack by creating razor sharp extensions on blades or on the arms. Another offensive use is bringing down bolts of lightning from the sky, or firing them from the body. The lightning can be used to create many different shapes of various sizes also, creating beasts of black lightning that can run at the user's speed and then explode around opponents. Another use of shapes is creating prisons of black lightning to prevent people from escaping without a severe shock, something which he very much enjoys doing. Standard electronics inside of this field are rendered useless, as they are usually short-circuited. Immunity is also granted against natural lightning in addition to this abilities lightning. A final use is as a shield, but is one that is very rarely used as it is more of a last resort. (lasts one post with 8DUR for duration, 7 post cooldown) (8 ABI)

Power 2: Superhuman Fighting Skills - Kira has massive skills in combat, having massive knowledge on nearly all martial arts, and very skilled in the use of handguns and bladed combat. Her reaction speed is immense, able to avoid bullets when she is able to see them. This also means that she is a master and firing her black lightning at enemies, being very skilled at controlling the location on where the attacks hit with extreme precision. She can fight on par with a number of fighters at the same time, and can usually counter them all effectively. This skill with combat is nearly unrivaled in the realm of super-humans, and only the most powerful fighters are capable of keeping up with or outpacing her.

No invisible lightning or automatically generating fear in others with it.

The invisible and fear were misunderstood, but I cleared it up some. Said that it is just hard to see at night, or can be used during the day to attack also.
