B.F.G.-Saileyra Versus Forcewave Versus Campeon
She was bored. The Bionic Goddess of the modern world was bored. Elena Vexus sat in her large throne chair that overlooked the working station that was her Quantum Computer. Buried deep under Indian soil she operated the most complicated, most advanced, and most powerful computer in this planet's history. She had personally assembled it along with her late associate once known as Nightkill. Even with the computing power to virtually create another universe, she was still having trouble thinking of something to do. Dominus was quickly losing their luster, the Talons had fallen, and the rest of the metahuman population showed no signs of progress. Time passed far too slowly for her liking, such pointless existence would have killed her by now had her life cycle not been inorganic.
The one word which kept reoccurring through her through her processors was 'Evolution'. Vexus personally aimed to evolve above and beyond the slowly paced human race. At least on a higher plane of existence she would not need to deal with time passing so slowly. However, in order to evolve, she must first witness the process to plant the idea of evolutionary ideology not only within herself but within her all powerful computer. She could calculate all she wanted, but never would be able to reach a final conclusion to this problem of an elevated existence. It was the constant block Elena ran into being a cybernetic being. She lacked the creativity of a human mind and was constantly bound to logic and reason. Always needing prof, an explanation, science was and always would be the basis for all obstacles placed before her.
Vexus began purging the internet, searching the history of the world for any and all information pertaining to humans with supernatural powers. A brief run down is all she needed. What she was really after was the current higher-achy of supernatural abilities. The information from the past few years was difficult to sort, and it did not seem like there had been any steps forward. The group was too large. There were too many participants in the study and no variables. She would never be able to make any sort of progress on her research. She would need a controlled study group, and see them out to their full potential.
Moving over to another screen she began to pull up the names of some individuals. Her and some of her clones aided her in randomly selecting metas from the list of millions. There was a strict list of checks and balances that each of them went through to make sure that they would be right for the tests. There were two individuals who she knew of personally, and thought that there would be some more personalized tests for the couple of subjects.
After finding their names, Elena uncovered their locations, or at least areas in which they generally could be found. Now what she needed was a way to gather all of these individuals into one area. Moving from her throne into a lab area she would start to replicate the teleportation mechanism used to transport her swords from their resting position to her anywhere around the world in an instant. Modifying and condensing it into a small chip was the end product. Twelve of these chips were handed to a pair of her Android Clones who set off to find the test subjects and inject, ingest, and/or implant these teleportation chips in anyway that they could.
While the droids found her unsuspecting subjects, Vexus made her way to an uncharted island to set up camp. It would take her a few days to terraform the land according to her needs and appropriately hide the monitoring base. In that time all the clones should have distributed the chips to her subjects, and she would only activate the teleport after all of the chips had been 'handed out' once her remodeling had finished. Upon teleportation they will be pulled from where ever they are, whatever they are doing, and placed on this customized plot of land in the middle of the ocean.
There were four different terrains that the 12 individuals would be split up and transported to. Vexus had established the headquarters in side of a mountain at the very center of the island. From here she would easily be able to see all the participants. She had constructed a dome over top of the island composted of her nano-mites and carbon nano tubes. The Carbon Nanotubes provided protection, where as the nano-mites would act as the sky and an all seeing eye for Vexus. In the Control Center Elena is able to monitor all physical aspects of the participants. This 'Battle Royale' of sorts is supposed to be to the death, however further study of her subjects after a traumatic experience may prove worth while. When any of the combatants heart rate and/or brain activity fall below a certain point they will be teleported from the battle field to the medical bay a few doors down from the Control Center where their wounds will be fully healed. Once the twelve of them arrived in their designated areas a voice boomed over the island to give instructions. It was a robotic voice, artificial, so that none of them would be able to recognize in case had Vexus spoke.
"Attention participants. You have been brought here against your will as a test of ability. A mark must be made in the evolution of the human race and it will be you who shall make that mark. This is not a friendly science study. You will be fighting to your absolute maximum potential, and only one individual will make it out of this with their life. This one tenacious soul will be showered with gifts so great in value, so awesome in power, that they may strike the gods themselves down from their heavenly thrones... Do anything in order to survive... Good luck."
The individuals by the names of Saileyra, Forcewave and Campeon will be participating in the mountainous region of the island.
There are no restrictions, do as you please in order to win.

Re: B.F.G.-Saileyra Versus Forcewave Versus Campeon
Out of nowhere he appeared at the location in a flash of light and stumbled forward out of shock of even arriving here. It had not been too long ago that one John Capore had been free of a situation such as the one he had been thrust into.He had been free of such a thing as finding himself in the middle of who knows where. looking around to even get a clue as to how he had gotten here or what he was doing in that place. Forcewave was in a mountain range. That was for sure. He looked up the mountain he was standing upon towards the tip of it. Clouds were strewn around it blocking his view of it from here. He still had his costume on him for whatever reason. That was a relief. He looked around the place. Just rocks and cliff edges. The land around him had been stripped of its vegetation. Not even a blade of grass was in sight. Whomever had done this was very thorough in their efforts. The place was a barren wasteland. Why was he here then? And where was here anyways? Last thing he had seen before winding up here was a flash of some kind of light. It must have been a teleportation device of somehow. Just, how had he been pinpointed so well? He had been running when it had happened. It was all so strange.
To think, just yesterday he had been doing something far different. He had been helping out at the local community center. The work he had been taking part in doing had not been much, but it had taken longer than it should. This was because he and the others spent way too much time messing around. They had been quite rambunctious through a slew of bad jokes, acting like it was extremely difficult when it was not and general wackiness. It had been a fun couple of hours. Oh, so much of a good time.
Things had been going quite well actually. The last few days had all been great. There had not been much nonsense to deal with. That was probably why this event had struck so callously. After all, good things just don't seem to last. About twenty or so minutes after he had left the community center something occurred. Some trouble in the streets. So he had taken action against it. It was what he did after all. It's a hero thing really. That was when he encountered all those robots. There had been about a dozen of them and they had attacked him at first sight. Not even a second of hesitation. While he had been fighting them a flash of light came down on him and he would up here. How did they do it? He had just gotten out of a physical struggle with one of them when this happened. They must have done something to him. If only he knew what.
Forcewave sat down to rest and think it all over. He had to be here for some reason. Whomever was behind those robots wanted something out of him to teleport him here of all places. Were they just trying to get him out of the area? That seemed like a pointless thing to do. There were plenty of other superheroes around. He knew some of them personally. He could probably try to reach one of them. Speaking of which that communicator also had GPS on it. That would really help in figuring out where he was at. He pulled it out and searched through the options until he found the GPS device. It said he was in the middle of the ocean. Yet he was clearly on dry land. Forcewave looked to the horizon and sure enough saw water. Perhaps he was on an island maybe. One that did not register on his GPS. Getting off and back home will sure be fun. He had only one idea as to how to do just that. As he was getting ready to do it a voice spoke through the air.
It explained everything, except who was responsible. So, he was not alone here. That seemed like a good thing if it were not for the fact that everybody had been gathered as part of a test of survival. They would be surviving against not only the environment, but each other. It was a dangerous game that was about to be played, and he was apart of it. This seemed a lot more perilous than that other tournament. He stood up to look around him once again and saw nobody. Forcewave started to walk down the mountain a bit in search of a safe place to camp out. His steps caused a few chunks of ground to collapse and fall down the mountain towards the valley below. Perhaps he may have just alerted another of the contestants to his location. Hopefully not as he was not sure he was ready just yet. Forcewave pulled out his clawshots and used them to make traversing across the mountain ledges safer. He eventually found a small cave. More like a cove. It could provide shelter though. He had no idea how many others were competing, or were they could even be. Finding a place to settle himself in was best for now.

Re: B.F.G.-Saileyra Versus Forcewave Versus Campeon
And while the law of competition may be sometimes hard for the individual, it is best for the race, because it ensures the survival of the fittest in every department.
-- Andrew Carnegie
For it was there, she was in the training room, fully equipped going against a robot in the OCEAN HQ. Her powers honed, her fighting skills surpassing growing stronger and honed. Every movement of her body was slow practiced against the drone for it was set on 'technique' mode. It was helping her nail more advanced techniques, even though, to her they weren't advanced at all. It was just a warm up and something to cure the boredom in the H.Q. This place wasn't like home, there was so much spare time, so much to do..it was almost to real to be true sometimes.
Every motion was slow, her hip articulated over the ball of her hip and she would spin on the ball of her foot so her heel would land on the wrist of the drone. Contact was made, with the arc of her foot high in the air something happened. Something different, she felt tingles up her spine she seen light change. Adrenaline surged, she knew the space around her was changing. Molecules aligned, realigned, it was all to familiar she could do this at her home. In seconds, that high foot would land into rock causing them to explode upwards.
Diamond carbonate boot causing a hard dent into the surface, digging, the kinetic force of her boot and her strength against the rock caused it to explode in a radius around her foot. Standing straight, the weapon clad female glanced about her eyes scanning staring at the terrain. Someone had found her, someone had put her here, this was the most interesting; it was becoming much more curious than anything else. Sai's optics glanced around her adrenaline no longer spiking but at a steady rhythm as she controlled it from her adrenal gland.
She was on what seemed to be a never ending blue sky light, valleys dipped and no vegetation to be seen. Luckily, she had eaten whole meals and her kind did not need a lot of food to sustain. Saileyra was fit for survival physically, her form breathed in the fresh air as she glanced to the clear skies. Taking a few steps forward, she noticed the end of a cliff. Some smaller rocks falling in front of her booted feet, black graphene spider silk legs clad in the light armor taking a step back or two. Looking down, the distance was a long drop a very long drop; she was thinking calculating. Someone brought here, but for what reason? What did they want to entertain her with? All of this wasn't some phenomena it was scientific and it was fucking intentional.
Turning, she looked to the top of the peak her eyes scanning it as she looked at it plateau off sort of at the very peak for the open sun to bare down onto the ground. It was warm, but nothing she wasn't unfamiliar with her skin did not prickle even in her full armor. It was the graphene spider-silk jacket zipped to her mid chest, exposing a trinium under armor V-neck; the over jacket with a simple propped collar she had been donned in her simple regime. Dual utility belts wrapped around her hips, hoisting her weapons that donned her form. Xetakka, a sword on her hip, the odd hilt of purple and black closer to her rump. On her other hip, a gun of some sort, tucked into the hilt with various amounts of bullets and ammo wrapped around the external holster.
Curvy waist containing micro holsters, nanites allowing the weapon to bend in the molecules collapsing them. Truly not a hazard to herself if someone tried to stab her because it pocketed and collapsed the weapon in the holster. The weapons of the forty slots simple hyper-titanium throwing knives. Gauntlet resting on the left arm, it's black exterior glowing with red as xetallium metal moved by itself almost living, breathing.
Came the answer to her questions and theory, "Attention participants. Good luck."
"Anything in order to survive?" She said, her eyebrow raising, "So be it. I'll make this a pretty show for you, watcher." She said, her voice coiling with a poisonous tone as she took to the mountain top. Her form jumping and with each jump she'd utilize her body weight to slam into the face of the mountain causing craters giving her a lift and a jump again to climb to the top utilizing her body weight she'd come top the top leaving a trail. It was intentional, after doing so she'd be at the top flat surface. It gave her a view of what was below, her eyes scanning looking for others. None seen yet, but she began to build her first trap and a fucking deadly one.
Pulling Xetakka she'd take the interstellar plasmic blade and slam it into the ground causing the ground below to become sharp obsidian. Glaring at it she'd slash the blade into the ground causing it to go caustic breaking apart the obsidian into sharp ragged edges. Gathering all this after she sheathed her blade she began placing these deadly sharpened objects into each crater her form moving quick jumping spreading these substances only to grasp the heavy rocks and one by one gather them to the top.
This was going to be fun. It was not like she wanted to do this, but she had to. Survival. She was made for this.

Re: B.F.G.-Saileyra Versus Forcewave Versus Campeon
Campeon enjoys training, always has and odds are he always will. It was his own personal time to reflect on the world and it is one of the few times where the world makes sense. “You do A, B an C and you get X, Y an Z”. The simplicity and honesty of it all really. A nice juxtoposition of his daily patrols or just his actions as a metahuman superhero. So much weight and importance placed into each and everyone of his actions, constantly scrutinised by eyes both seen and unseen, spoken about by voices rather loud and some that had never been heard before. It was difficult for the fighter. He had been living in a world of direct results and direct advancement. He trains hard to improve, he improves, he fights, he goes onto bigger and better things. Thus was the law of the ring.
Now however, He has to tussle with things beyond what he could imagine back home, people with skills and abilities beyond anything he had seen before. Worse yet, victory does not always bode well, People get hurt, things get destroyed, all because of a freak accident he had in his youth. But still he attempts to make the most of it, fight the good fight and try to make the right decisions and all of that jazz, It was hard for him But he has had to learn so very much on the job, way more than that could be expected from some kid from La Barrio. But he still struggles on, pushing forward and always attempting to do the right thing at the right time for hopefully the right people.
But for right now Campeon was away from all of that, he found himself in a part of Chicago that had been long ago forgotten by many and avoided by those who still recall its bright past, an old industrial park is where Campeon had made his training rounds. Here it was he was pounding on concrete pillars until they crumbled under his monumental force, here he was harnessing himself to trains long forgotten by their conductors and reclaimed by graffiti artists and dragging them around the rails. This training was simple and it just gave Campeon a break from his day job. But also Campeon desires to find his limits and improve, a desire to find his limits and continue moving upward. Then, as he was suddenly struck by something, something hard and forceful and hurt a bit, something rare for Campeon, But as he turned around to strike his unknown assailant a flash of light and he was suddenly in a place that was very much not Chicago.
He found himself ontop of a very barren mountain, as he looked around he may of though he was teleported to Puerto Rico but without the lovely greenery. He listened to the announcement grimly, but he was game, he decided to look for whatever he could see atop of the mountain. He spotted something off in the distance, it looked like someone or something jumping off and down, or at least the silhouette of it on a mountain top or something, figuring the situation Campeon decides to take advantage of this, he takes a large stone from his mountaintop, around the size of a cantaloupe, he picks it up and hurls it sidearm style at the figure atop the mountain before heading down the opposite side, both to avoid retaliation and to find shelter

Re: B.F.G.-Saileyra Versus Forcewave Versus Campeon
Vexus had to say, the barren mountain range was most likely her favorite of the four. It was the attention to detail that she gave in order to remove all plant life from the area without compromising the shape and form of the mountain. Granted she did shake a few rocks loose, however that could not be helped. Roots buried in the ground for decades, maybe even centuries, it took enough care not to just create a second desert location. For this location she had to be a little more meticulous when picking a creature to attack them. Since there was more rough terrain, more cover, and more space she had to take all of those factors into consideration. The combatants at this location had not met each other so there was no location for Vexus to appear at in order to introduce her creations.
With this she simply sent one of the creatures after each of the participants. These beasts stood on two legs and had wicked spines protruding from its back and chest in addition to a bone-like tail. Similar spikes lines its arms and made up its hands as well. This monster could not see and let out screeches from its mouth and the two openings on its chest as a sonar in order to see its surroundings. The beast did not move very fast, however it was very proficinet in combat and was more durable than it let on to be. Though a slim creature, its strength was not to be underestimated. Its claws could crush and slice through solid rock. It also has complete control over the spines on its back chest as we as its tail giving it few areas around it that were out of its reach. The also act as feelers for a better look at its immediate surroundings. Being insect like it can stick to and scale the sides of the mountains giving it an environmental advantage.
This was personally Elena's favorite beast, she may even put these into production. It could be the latest advancement in childhood nightmare creatures. Things were moving forward as now all four of the battle fields had been plagued with different monsters in order to hinder their own personal fights.

Re: B.F.G.-Saileyra Versus Forcewave Versus Campeon
So, this strange and mysterious competition that he had been forced into participating in via a freaking teleportation module had begun. Or someone had said it had begun. It did not look like anything had started by what he could see. Forcewave looked around once again and still saw nothing. No other combatants or anything of interest that signified a competition like the one that had been described by the voice. Nothing in sight but a barren mountainous wasteland that was probably the battlefield. "Okay, I guess I could work on some stuff in the meantime. Or, just sit around and, well, look at the clouds in the sky." To him the former sounded like a much better option. Probably a safer one too. The loud voice that had made the announcement had clearly stated that survival was key here. Perhaps that mean't this was to the death. If so, being prepared was definitely the way to go.
Luckily he was already somewhat set up to last for some time. There were a few small inlets lining the path he had would up along. He had searched inside them all and found a few things that were helpful. Forcewave then began marking the area for a few reasons. The mountainside edge around him was very steep and the ground was not stable at all. It was prime landslide territory. Anyone who was not careful would have the landscape coming down on them. It was a major risk trying to stake a position here. One he was not sure it was best to take. For now however, he was ready for whom he might first meet. In the meantime he saw opportunity elsewhere.
Forcewave looked down at the valley below him. He could just barely make out what was down there. He could see anyone though. "Alright. Where are these other competitors?" he was wondering. Calling them competitors just did not feel right to him. They were probably all being forced to compete just as he was. If whomever had arranged this could find people perfectly willing to participate in an event such as this then there would be no need to go around kidnapping people for it. He could not allow himself to think about that anymore. No, he had something planned. Something that would put him in position to win this thing regardless of what he was up against. Forcewave needed to get moving on setting up the final pieces of it. He felt like a chess player or some kind of strategist with this one. Sure, he may not be interested in potentially taking somebody else's life or going about slaughtering others over a stupid competition that none of them could prove was even legitimate, but he needed to protect himself. He simply did not wish to die here, and would certainly fight to prevent it.
He got moving again. What he was preparing was really complicated. So complicated he feared he may not be able to keep track of it all at all times. Still, it allowed for plenty of options, and options were a personal preference of his. This mountain may be completely bare of any vegetation, yet it still provided plenty of tools for him to work with. It took about a half hour before things were finally put in place. All this time he saw no signs of anybody. This mountainous area was just so big it could probably sustain a dozen combatants for this thing. Once he was done he went back inside one of the inlets for something.
He had been in there for not even a minute when he heard it. A loud noise, then another and another. It was something moving. Something was approaching. Perhaps this competition of his finally drew near. Forcewave turned around and looked outside the entrance to his hiding place. At first, he saw nothing. No sign of what could have been making those noises. He continued to look until he saw it. A creature, yes, that was surely the right word for it. An abomination perhaps. Something that seemed to simply defy logic with just its appearance. It was something that did not look like it should exist. Yet it did, and it was slowly moving in his general direction. Its size made scaling the mountain a nearly impossible task. Surely enough some of the ground beneath its feet collapsed and sent it back down the mountain. That did not stop it though. It just kept on trekking forward. It was searching for somebody it seems. Forcewave himself perhaps. This thing did not seem like another competitor to him. It was more like an obstacle. Another threat introduced into this game.
Forcewave snuck out of his hiding hole and crawled along the pathway to someplace else. A place that now held interest for him. This creature had opened up an opportunity for him. So, of course he was taking it. He kept quiet as he crawled along the pathway. He could see the creature ever looming closer but did not panic. Then, when the time was right he made his move. Forcewave knocked over a rock lodged along the pathway that went flying down towards the creature. The rock did little more than annoy it, but more importantly it attracted its attention directly to him. It came chasing after him and Forcewave made a mad dash from it. He pulled out his clawshot and fired it outwards. It latched onto the next mountain over. He then attached the second to the mountain and pretty much ziplined over there. In the distance he saw another creature. It was identical to the one chasing after him. That one was trying to get to him but could not reach him. Forcewave generated some more distance from it and once again caused the mountainside to crumble by blasting it with some of his own lightning aimed near the creature's feet and sending the creature down it once again. It would take awhile for it to get back up. He did not want it too though. Instead he kept luring it along the next mountain towards the other one."Come on you. Keep coming. This way now." he was repeating to himself as he kept moving. If he was right then things were sure to get interesting really soon.

Re: B.F.G.-Saileyra Versus Forcewave Versus Campeon
Traps were laid, they were placed in impeccable spots. Hidden, parts of the mountain dug out that would capsize into the deepest crevices for the holes lead to caverns below with jagged edges. Climbing carefully to the top of the plateau, she'd notice a giant boulder heading in her direction? Digging in her heels, she would bend her rump all the way back and spring up to the top of the plateau with cat-like grace as the rock hit the side of the mountain causing a rush of landslide. Of course, luckily, she was on the other side of her multiple traps laid about the mountain top. But it seemed the obsidian would serve it's purpose soon considering there were many deep pits laid about the mountain in the time she had been here.
Crash, behind her the rock would shatter dance about her shoulders as she managed to get to the top of the flat surface. Long legs carried her as she had stopped in her spot, her eyes scanning the scene her eyes taking in the distance noticing someone not to far away staring at her from afar. It was prey, but that wouldn't make her chase him. She'd do something to seriously piss him off if she could but he wasn't close enough. Her slender figure would taunt him as she gave him a middle finger. It was prompt but if he had a good enough eye sight she was sure he could see the international sign of 'fuck off'.
That didn't stop things from getting worse, these creatures weren't here before. They didn't exist in this world before they had to materialize here like she did before. They were spiney long, here came two of them climbing from the valley long spines and body. They would hit that trap but she was not going to wait for them she had to set up more..hazards. Drawing her blade, it would charge, the xetallium edge would glow burning, the woman aiming down the barrel with one shot the murcery would hit the ground causing to ignite into magma causing the magma to go down the edge of the walls consuming the creatures and hopefully as the slow fuckers fell they would hit the traps into the caverns. Jumping she would slid down the edge of the mountain riding the blade her form using it as a surf bored as she used the blade's edge to launch off the edge.
Blade catching air, she used it's light momentum to glide, well, not glide but the blade served a way to catch air and make her jump distance further the blade stabbing into rock and her heels digging as she would climb upwards her body launching to another mountain. Yet, her pace steady, she knew she was faster by the way those fuckers were climbing. With her own pace of climbing being 20MPH she would quickly move. Until she reached the top and quickly, her blade would slam into the ground causing dark streams of magma and spiked obsidian to rise to the ground and it would pour giving sleek sharp jagged sets of for those creatures to be impaled by if they had followed..
