Assassin's Rifle ( 7 Intelligence )

A completely silent and high-density energy weapon designed by Ross for long-range sniping. Because of the energy output, it has a slower firing rate than most weapons. Its firing rate is about the equivalent to a semi-automatic weapon. It can be used as a mid to short-range weapon, but because of its heavier weight, it isn't as easy to aim or fire in intense situations.

Also, it is a very difficult weapon to conceal. He usually needs to bring it in a case, or slung over his back. The energy beam's color is a simple white in color, but has an incredible rate of speed. Most people would not be able to notice right away if it were energy or kinetic based.

Mind Chip ( 8 Intelligence )

A chip that was invented by Ross that gives him access to wirelessly control any creations he may have, as well as access internet functions. Because of its wireless capabilities, it also can allow him to hack into databases, security systems, and give him access into locked areas, whether they are on the internet, or physical areas like a building.

A real danger exists with his chip, that if anyone has an Intelligence level higher than his, they are capable of tampering with the technology through a virus or override that can make him see or hear things that aren't real. While the effects will be all mental, in no way can he lose control of his body. (Unless his body shuts down through an overload) Just his mind can be effected.

While accessing the internet or any of his devices through the chip, he cannot see anything else but what he is looking at through his mind. (If its a web browser, it would be as if you were able to see nothing but a computer screen) He will be staring blankly at nothing, or has his eyes closed while he is doing any of his mind chip functions.

Doppleganger Ross ( 7 Intelligence )

Spoiler:

A cybernetic dog that is remote control accessed through Ross' mind chip. However, the drawback is that while Ross controls this Doppleganger dog, he sees through the dog's eyes. Therefore, is incapable of seeing through his own eyes. The voice of the dog cannot be distinguished from his own. There is no digital noise that will give away the fact that the Doppleganger is not Ross.

The dog can be triggered to explode, but the sudden disconnection causes Ross to have temporary but heavy mind pain for 1 post, making it difficult for him to concentrate on any tasks. (The same would be true if someone were to destroy the dog, disconnecting his link too quickly.)

AI Holograms ( 6 Intelligence )

Spoiler:

Small floating orbs about 2 inches in diameter that project a hardened light all around them to give the appearance, and sometimes voice to mislead an opponent. If the hologram assumes the identity of a person, they have little to no fighting skill. The holograms are tangible unless destroyed, and can be in the image of almost anything Ross desires the Orbs to be. The devices can be rigged to explode at a certain time, or whenever Ross triggers it.

From that point on, the programming of the AI takes control of the object. If it assumes an identity of someone, it is limited in how much it actually knows about that person. If it assumes the shape of an object, it may or may not perform the functions that it needs to. (Example, if it assumes the shape of a jar of peanut butter, there's no actual peanut butter in the jar because it's just a hologram.)
