Personality:
In a few words, Rage is rage. His angry and chaotic. He's mad at the world and wants to see it go down in flames! Subtle, isn't he? He doesn't have much respect for authority. It's like a never ending cycle of him acting like a rebellious teenager. Always with the yelling and 'raging', as he calls it. He always seems to be angry at something. He also seems like the typical jock guy. He tends to like getting on people nerves, only because when they get angry and he's fighting he gets slightly stronger. Rage says he has no conscience, as he tends to act on impulse. He's quick to making decisions and doesn't always make the right one. He likes fighting and seeing people suffer. In a few last words, he's a hot head villain with a temper and doesn't show much thought to mercy.

History:
Rage was born Peter Jonathan Rich to his parents, Martin and Peg Rich. Like their name suggests, they were a quite rich. Martin Rich was a lawyer, one of the best lawyers in Illinois, and Peg Rich was a doctor. With jobs like this, it's obvious that poor, young Peter didn't get to see his parents much as he was practically raised by nannies. And it's not surprising they all quit because of something Peter, or now known as Rage, did.

He was the neighborhood trouble child. As a child, he would break the toys of other children, or even break his own stuff and blame it on other kids. As he got older, he went to more destructive and irritating manners. He would start fires on peoples bushes. Knock down his neighbors mailboxes with a baseball bat. Use a spray-paint can and do graffiti on the side of buildings. He did all this out of the anger he felt from his parents.

When he was seventeen, he learned something. He learned that by making the people around him become angry, he felt stronger. He was out on a rampage one day. As he went, he angered everyone he passed. He became so strong that he began to laugh and rage himself. Before he knew, a few trees he was looking at burst into flames. His face felt warm and by looking into the window of nearby shop, he noticed his head was aflame and a skull. That was when he knew who he was. He was Rage.

The power to transform head into flaming skull. Since it's made out of fire, Rage cannot be harmed or killed through

Rage/Anger Empowerment:
The power to boost strength in battle if people in the given area are angry.

To create/control fire.

You're going to need to shift some points, okay? (:

You need at least 6 points in ABI to create fire from thin air and control it. That can be the reason your head can become flamey-skull-like.

The getting "stronger" because of angry people around of you will have to be solely an RP mechanic and it can explain why your character has superhuman strength. When not being "boosted" the strength can be lower. I'll show you with a grid example on how I think your grid should look in comparison to the powers you desire.

Wealth: 1 (The first wealth point is "free" but it's really just showing that your character isn't homeless. Unless you want them to be homeless, then that point can be left off. It cannot be used to increase other stats.)

So, 6 ABI Pyrokinesis which also allows for your skull to become-skull/firey like. I would limit this to a certain amount of time [ post limit ] during a thread.
