Looks-
 

Zarchy usually wears a dark, leather jacket. His jeans are dark blue and his shirt is usually grey.


His face is more boxy than anything. (No, not cubed.) basically speaking, his chin is squared and his head isn't so curved.
 His eyes are more "cat-like".

 When he speaks, his voice has an electronical noise that causes it to sound like his voice is buzzing out. It is also deep.

He is very muscular. This is why he ways so much. There are a few more reasons too. But I will mention that later in the application.

His shoes are just black and brown tennis shoes.




Past time and chiz-


 


Personality: Gets along with most other people even if they are heroes, his mood swings from glitches will cause him to get mad or upset with people instantly. Even attack them. He hates being told to do things.

History: Zarchy was modified in a lab. He started out as a human test subject, but after an experiment gone wrong, the factory exploded.

After the incident, he didn't know that the whole idea of the experiment was to test human defense. He only found his true ability when he was threatened while walking back to his house.

 He shot the guy repeatedly with a gun that came from his arm. He only started using his powers for bad reasons after showing off.

His abilities became used for threatening people for their money. That's when he became a villian.

I think you should read the Stat Equivalents, and look at a few other characters before you give making a character a shot.

I have five characters, all mine, in my signature.

Feel free to use them as inspiration.

Your character concept is not bad, no. But it's not very planned out. The history is very lacking. The personality is fine. I would, personally, not mind a bit more information about your character's personality, etc.

But, yes. (:

Your powers are a bit odd to me, as well. We'll worry about those after you've laid down a good character foundation to build upon.

XD I know the character isn't very planned out. I really based it off of one of my older OCs. And I WILL take the advice. And I agree with you about the odd powers. Just something ??unusual?? And with the history, I will edit that probably sometime in the very near future. I wasn't up to writing today. (And trust me. I can do much much MUCH better.
