Bare with me, this is a plot I've had lined up for a little while, and I haven't worked out all the kinks quite yet. This will seem a bit extreme, but nothing Ocean can't handle
I'll be honest, My character doesn't seem to have a real rhyme or reason for doing what he does. But this is one of the few times he does. Basically he wants to cause some chaos, he wants to play a little 'prank' and eliminate a certain threat. Long story summarized?
