I'm really glad to have stumbled across this, but I'm not here to gush at least not yet. I'm DrInsaneoats and while I have been out of the RP game for a while, its good to find not only a RP group that seems organized and structured in terms of character building, but its a role play about Superheroes which is good cause I have had enough of high fantasy for a while. Hopefully this will be a start of something awesome and a good way to get ideas for some my own Mutants and Masterminds game.

Just like you I am a guy with a long-time RP experience behind me, who came to this place looking for something capable to reignite my passion for RPs in general... How'd you find us? And sorry to burst your bubble, but we do embrace a fantasy aspect here. We are not all about that, though, which is good. We have a magic system to support the magical like characters like Thor and Loki, and etc.

But we do have some good ol fashioned Goodies and Baddies. We haven't had a Big Bad in a while, though. Nobody too famous that's just down right the arch nemesis to our main good guy. Then again, we don't have a main good guy anymore. Ours fled the coop a long time ago.

I hope to see you stay and make whomever you like. (:

We haven't had much mutants or alien type characters lately. Plenty of robots, a few too many witches and vampires, but some people haven't decided when to be original. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, because all the characters are wonderful, but at least the time-frame for this board is set in 2030.

Funny enough, I stumbled across this board by simply googling SuperHero RPG i and it was the 5th or 6th thing that popped up in the google search.

As for your need for a bad guy, I think I can put my tech hero on the back burner and think of a bad guy, cause what's fun is a superhero game if you don't have villains to fight. Hopefully this concept and drawing won't take too long. Thanks again for the welcome.

Yep. You can have up to 3 starter characters, so be whoever you wanna be.

And we use to be Number 1, but a few changes to our domain name has pushed us down the list a bit.
