Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Everyone Makes Mistakes!
It was a dark and stormy night, and the cold rain beat against the giant castle on the shore of England. It looked like something out of a storybook, blue towers rising high into the sky. It was actually constructed fairly recently however, by a mysterious but extremely wealthy figure who lived there...sort of.
It was Aurora's vacation home of sorts, that she used while she was in the real world. Normally she spent her time in the dream world with all the other imaginary things, ruling as the kind and benevolent queen of Nothing. It had been a long time since the castle enigmatic owner had been within its walls though, but now her long quest was completed at last; it was time to return.
A cloaked figure ran up the steps of the castle, seemingly unaffected by the rain. Rather than use the front door, it slithered up the tallest tower and somehow slipped through a small window. Inside was some manner of laboratory, all manner of device and rune covering every inch of space, even on the walls and ceiling. In the center stood a giant stone hollow circle. The cloaked figure produced a hand, with a strange bright red stone: A piece of a mystical meteorite that fell to earth long before humans appeared. It was the final ingredient She needed....
She placed the stone at the base of the circle, and it whirred to life. the stone circle rose into the air and levitated, magical energies crackling in its center. "Yess!!" she threw off her cloak revealing a short young-looking girl with long rainbow-colored hair. She wore black goggles on her forehead and a large white coat. She floated here and there, hands clothed in gaudy black gloves reaching out to adjust something here and there. Since gravity had no hold on Aurora, she was able to use every bit of space in the room. Once she was content that everything was perfect, she landed in front of the circular portal-to-be. She clenched her gloved hands and gave her best mad scientist laugh as the magic energies grew wildly. bolts of Aether shot between the portal's empty space, and the entire room began to glow bright. For a brief moment Aurora's castle was the most magically active place on earth, practically sending out a beacon to those sensitive to such things. Suddenly a flash of bright light whited out the whole room and then....nothing. The laboratory was empty, it's devices motionless again.
Aurora awoke in a dark forest. She could tell immediately that she was back in the dream world, but she was certainly not in her castle. "Oh no...oh no.." she muttered to herself. As she looked around to try to get her bearings, she saw few colors. The whole forest seemed...dull. There was light enough to see, yet it didn't seem to actually shine on anything. Aurora began to realize she wasn't in her kingdom at all. "Ooohhh no no no no...this is big trouble" She quietly murmured. Then she realized something else. In the darkness, she could make out other bodies on the ground...and they didn't belong in this world. Aurora's failed attempt at bypassing the rules of two universes had brought in other people, and possibly landed them in a very dangerous place. "Oh no no no no!" She exclaimed. This was her fault, so it was her royal duty to aid those that she had involved. "Um...hello?" She asked sheepishly, still in her scientist outfit.

Re: Everyone Makes Mistakes!
Miracle Boy just over the ocean smelling salt water from the crashing waves below. The flying boy dove under a wave flying through the tunnel of water to emerge from the other side as the wave collapsed behind him. Looking out to the ocean through his visor he saw groups of finned creatures jumping in and out of the ocean. He flew towards them about to grab one when he felt a strange force causing him to freeze. He looked down the shore. There was something there. Something powerful. Something calling him.
The boy clad in green wearing a shield strapped to his arm and a golden leaf on his chest flew at it. As he got closer he saw storm-clouds above and the rain poured down on him.
A castle came into view. And it was a sight to behold. It was blue and larger then life. Shame it wasn't sunny enough to see it clearly. He briefly caught sight of someone climbing up the side of the building, but it was was hard to see this person through the rain. The boy paused to choose his next action.
There as something in there. Something familiar. He had to go. So Miracle Boy charged forward. But before he could reach the window he found himself somewhere else. He was torn between realities! He braced himself as he felt himself entering another world. He felt a thud as he was thrown against this new world's surface.
Miracle Boy pushed himself to his feet without delay. There has to be a better way to get between worlds. He straightened his helmet as he took in his surrounding. It was dark. Reaching out he felt rough bark. A tree? A forest. His vision cleared he saw a girl with goggles on her head. Was she pulled here too?
“Where are we?” He asked her. This wasn't the dream world he vaguely remembered. He didn't know why but he felt she was apart of this world.

Re: Everyone Makes Mistakes!
Zell was more interested than upset, beng able to observe the area around him, taking in information like a sponge. This was not expected, he had simply used his rift generator and sddenly something misaligned it and he ended up here with...
"Blondie!? Hey, how are ya bud?" Zell cheerfed as he saw the familiar face of miracle boy. He recalled their fight against Paragon, and how Miracle boy probably believed he was dead, since he never emerged from the fight. He patted the kid on the shoulder and nodded.
This place was strange, it was like a whole othger world, an entirely different dimension. It was surreal, almost as if Zell were dreaming. He looked to the woman in the scientist like outfit and nodded at her. He was always pleased to see another scientist, even if it meant he was the accidental resault.
"Mis-calculation? Calibration issue? Need help?" He asked casually, a smile on his face.
(ooc: trust me, I'll end up longwinded here before long lol. The first posts are always the hardest for me.)

Re: Everyone Makes Mistakes!
The gentle sound of pouring rain striking pavement was hardly a distraction from the goings on of the world. After all, what difference did weather make when glittering buildings blotted out the sky, horseless chariots roamed the streets, and men availed no glory or respect as they once would have in days of old. The land of the mortal men was a strange and intriguing place for the son of a goddess and it would take quite a bit of acclimating it would seem.
Even magic was of little comfort to Athen as he began a journey upon the earth. In the halls of Olympus, divinity and magic were ever present but the land of man felt almost devoid of the mystical energies. It was scantily present here and there of course, but it was almost stifling to feel how empty the world felt of magic' wonders. On their talking windows and in books, man had made magic out to be a thing of the past and imagination, make believe and pretend. It was hardly surprising however, that it had been sequestered away from most of them given how they, as a race, had squandered it and perverted it when left to their own devices.
Sighing, the dark haired young man who was busy having these thoughts took a step into the downpour and grinned at the feel of raindrops dancing across his skin for but a moment before he was ripped free of his partial contentment.
He could feel a tingle. A twinge if you would. Something akin to a spark and guttering flame of power. Mystical power. Something he had yet to feel even a glimmer of on the stark expanse of science and sadness that the world had become.
Athen, godling of Olympus' attention had been piqued. Who or what was flitting about with a fraction of magic? There was of course but one way to answer said question. Well actually several but the most entertaining answer and the one he chose, was to go looking for it.
Dodging what he had come to know as 'traffic' was a relatively simple task once he acquainted his internal compass with the 'scent' of power he was after. As he splashed ever closer to the source, he could feel the flame of the mana he was after growing increasingly more intense. It formed an unmistakable pressure upon his senses and he began to wonder, not who possessed the kernel of energy he felt, but rather, what it was they were dong with it. As he approached the azure castle, the demigod could tell that mystical powers being conjured within were quickly becoming volatile and nearly as potent as any he had ever felt in his life. At the very least, he could tell whomever he was looking to lay eyes upon, was no charlatan.
And yet the stability of the aether that began to pervade the air around the castle worried him. Perhaps it was because the fabric of reality there was not terribly accustomed to magic being worked around it? Or perhaps once more man was reaching for the sun only to forget that it was never there's to lay hands upon?
Finally as he reached out to lay a hand upon the knocker on the castle's front door, the world around him broke. Athen could feel it. The recently garnered energy in the air was tearing a hole in the aforementioned fabric that reality could be imagined as. Unfortunately, he also realized that he was within the confines of the spell that caused all of this' reach. He barely had the time to twist the energy about him and infect it with his own will to form a barrier around himself before his sight dimmed and his hearing dropped out.
Temporarily speaking, he was not unconscious for long. When he chose to open his eyes he found himself face down against dirt and leaves, and if earth was a desert of mystical energies, then wherever he found himself was like the vacuum of space in that regard. Pushing himself upright, the teal embers that were his irises blazed to life as more teal light coalesced on his right hand and a liquid one would find impossible to place using the table of elements seeped from his pores and coated the palm before he used it to wipe his face clean. The conjured moisture remained clinging to the limb curiously at least until the youthful man casually extended his arm and the fluid flowed off, sinking into the ground.
Pulling his senses back together properly, he heard first one voice sheepishly calling out and then the commonly asked question in such situations, curious as to their location and then an almost chipper offer to help. Not an authoritative noise in the bunch. Seemed the adventure was already off to a common start.
"Well then, are any of you the conjurer who mystically kidnapped me just now? Because if so, I would request a word," the young man spoke up as he rose to his feet and dusted himself off.

Re: Everyone Makes Mistakes!
"Where are we"
That was what the first one asked. He looked young. "Y-yes. Well the thing about "where is..." Aurora's nervous stammering was interrupted by the second question.
"Need help?"
"Um, well I'm afraid it's not something you could help with. If I showed you the numbers used in the calculations your head would explode...or implode. Scholars are divided on that part, and I've never been of a mind to test it..."
A third." I would request a word."
"Kidnap? I didn't kidnap anyone, at least not on purpose.." Suddenly Aurora became hung up on the the wording of the final man with the authoritative tone. "Conjurer? How dare you address me in such a way, kidnapping or not!" Suddenly Aurora was acutely aware of how unimpressive a young girl in goggles was and altered her appearance. Suddenly a much more mature woman appeared in an elegant dress shimmering with prismatic shards. Her long blonde hair ended in tips that rapidly changed colors. She wore rainbow gloves to match her stockings, and one gloved hand rose to point at the man who had hurled the insult. "You are addressing the Aurora, queen of nothing and I hope your tone begins to reflect that." Her voice was much more mature and commanding then it had been moments ago, to match her regal appearance. She was so bright by contrast to the grey surroundings, she seemed to cast rays of color around her as if she was made of stained glass. "Now allow me to explain. This, is not your world. not even close. This was...an unfortunate side effect of bending the rules of the universe. Sometimes the universe snaps back like a rubber band when you bend it around." She held up her hands and shook her head, as if breaking the universe was a normal thing that couldn't be prevented. "This is a universe filled only with imaginary things, which means you don't even belong here. I'm not sure what long term exposure may do. Luckily there is a way to get back. I can open a portal in my castle." Aurora looked around at the drap forest surroundings."Unfortunately this certainly isn't a part of my kingdom. So first order of business is I figure out where we are. Then you escort me back to my castle, I apologize for my role in this unfortunate business and send you all home. Does that clear things up?" She asked the question innocently, expecting everyone to take the things she said at face value.

Re: Everyone Makes Mistakes!
Miracle Boy smiled for a second as he looked at a familiar face. At least one person he knew.
“Hey!” He said pausing as he could not think of the guy's name. Did he even every get it? The last time he had seen him was when he was facing that energy beam guy.
“I'm great! What happened to you and that jerk?” Miracle Boy asked the guy.
He also caught sight of a black-haired man who seemed upset. Guess he hadn't enjoyed the trip here. Then back to the girl again. Then when speaking to the black-haired guy she...transformed! Even her body was still made of dreams. Though he couldn't help but snicker at her remark.
“Queen of nothing?” He stifled a few laughs. But when she began to explain what had happened he became excited. Imaginary things? A castle?
“Alright! Let's get started! I'm Miracle Boy and I'll see you guys through this!” He declared cheerfully. Now this was an adventure.
“We should go-” He paused for a second to consider. It was to dark to actually see anything from a distance.
“-That way!” He said pointing in a direction. It was his first guess anyway.
“Oh, and if anyone remembered to bring a light it would help.” He added as an afterthought.
