Abilities: Parts of Doctor Seismic's PowerSuit open up to reveal small, combat-ready missiles that are highly explosive and damaging. There twelve missiles locate in the chest compartment and there eighteen missiles located in the shoulder compartment for a grand total of thirty missiles altogether.
Description: The missiles were created by Doctor Seismic in his subterranean private laboratory.

Do the Hand Cannons project his own personal power? And how many rockets/missiles do each section of the suit hold? I doubt it's an infinite number.

He has no powers himself. Any powers he has come from his PowerSuit.

Then why does he have 5 in Ability?

As you point that out I realize I made a vast oversight in the point allocation of my character. I will amend it immediately. I would like to ask this thread be deleted.
