Subterranean Base [Alpha]

Base Name: Seis Subterranean Headquarters

Purpose: The SSH's purpose is to provide an area for Alpha members to live and work. It also provides ample space for the planning of attacks and the meeting of minds. It is also a storage facility for Seis Arsenal (which includes many different kinds of weapons and vehicles that Alpha members may use) as well as an R&D area for the combat oriented equipment needed by Doctor Seismic and other Alpha members.

Location: Under the Seis Technologies Headquarters in New York, New York.

History:The base was constructed just before the construction of the Seis Technologies Headquarters. Up until now, it was purely an area to stockpile Dr. Seis' more taboo inventions. But as of recent, when Dr. Seis finished his Doctor Seismic PowerSuit, he has decided to form a group of likeminded super humans to further his own agenda. It was no effort with his influence and money to make the underground area more hospitable to housing a group of people as well as facilitating dastardly plans. Like the structure above the Subterranean Base, Seis Technologies Headquarters, the base survived the New York Assault thanks to high-powered, state-of-the-art defense technology (some of which was specifically designed to combat metahumans and the Assault was considered a "test") and a small bit of luck.

This is in New York, New York.. New York is a wasteland for now. So, unless the building did not get toppled, I don't see a reason. I'd like you to include a bit of history on this and explain how it survived the New York Assault, or if it went under some construction after it, etc.

The Seis Technologies application (which was approved) contained the explanation of how Seis Technologies is still standing. I have edited this application to mention why the structure is still standing as well as included a link back to the Seis Technologies app.
