A “Lawful Good” character acts as the way a “good person” is expected to. They tend to combine a commitment to opposing evil with their discipline to fight relentlessly without compromise to the spirit of the law or code. Lawful Good characters are essentially your “Boy Scout” alignment. They often times believe in the “inherent good” that resides in all living things, and typically holds honesty and collective altruism equally as much as they hold to the law.
The Personality
Sarah is what one might be able to call a good person, though she would deny it, for several reasons. THe first would be modesty, the second would be because she genuinely believes that for her to bear the curse she bears it must be a form of penance for what she must have done in her time alive. Sarah is kind, and caring for many if not all people including the more monstrous of society.
While she is kind and compassionate, she is not known for her tolerance for actions that bring about harm to others, or even witty remarks that openly mock or berate others. She values honesty, respect and loyalty above all else. Someone who displays these will almost always have her assistance, regardless of her personal like or dislike for such an individual.
Sarah may come across as cold, or a bit harsh at a first meeting. Though I don’t want to make any icy puns...it does take her time to warm up to people in general, especially as she has slowly been getting to know more about herself when she was more actively alive.
The Story
Sarah Masters-Franklin is an enigmatic person whose history is lost and shut tight. There isn't really too much one can say about her history except the fact that she was born a normal human being, and somehow she contracted something that was known as "The Cryocurse". The Cryocurse is an ancient curse born of great trauma when innocence is lost. Essentially it is a "curse" that befalls victims with a stunningly large criteria that must be met for the curse to be enacted. How this curse is enacted is uncertain, some say it is some form of cosmic power, others believe that it is a curse brought about to enact suffering or vengeance. Others believe it is a curse passed down the generations. Ultimately every tale has a different setting, a different tale to tell, and every tale has a different ending. The only common "theme" is the power that the "Cryocurse" bestows upon it's victims. Frigid powers, deathly cold power and a command over the forces of the ice and the cold.
The name originates from "Cryo" obviously meaning ice, and then "Curse" obviously because it's a curse. The origins of this curse are unknown to her at this time, and are known to only 2 people within our universe. As she continues through her journey she will continue to learn more of her past life, including the origins of her curse and the reason for her attachment to it. In her time since awakening in London she has made friends with a speedster named Jeisen, and an Irish actor known as Masquerade. She battled with these two against the remorseful mechanical being known as M.E.C.H.A.N.I.S.M. After The Agency’s agreement to step back and assist the police in extreme scenarios, Snow Siren had retired from her days of superheroing. Now she wanders the world while keeping up her friend, Jeisen’s, safehouse as best she could between her searches. Eventually she stumbled upon a cult of "Don't worry about it". Much to her regret, that's what they told her they were a cult of. Anyways, she eventually learned that she has been missing for over ten years. She unearthed a rocky past and learned of her sister, whom was playing an important role for her disappearance. During the events of The Agency, the “brother” of M.E.C.H.A.N.I.S.M, a contrasting sadist named C.O.N.D.U.I.T killed her sister and brother-in-law. She had learned that they were entrusted with a child named Victor. After tracking the boy down she was stopped by Stephen May, The Minister and the child's theoretical paternal grandfather. She was encouraged to seek out the purpose of her curse and the means to break it, before meeting the child from her past, giving her only the hint that the boy’s father and her curse are directly related. Now While she pursues the truth of her curse and it's relationship to the Primordial Chaos, The First Frost, The God-of-Many-Names Father of Leviathans, King of Dragons, and voice of The Void.

The Powers
Cold-Blooded: (Durability) - Naturally cold, her body has actually reached a point in which it is actually driven from the concept of being cold or having a cold environment. Her chilled blood and bones and muscles actually have increased durability, and when in the presence of the cold she is much more difficult to exhaust.
Over-Skill: (Fighting Skills) - She has such advanced reflexes and such powerful skill that she's completely beyond the point of styles or form. Using her "sensitivity" to the nature of ice, water and fighting she has developed her own sense of "Combat ESP" that allows her to "theoretically" see the movements of enemies before they themselves even make a motion. Akin, or at least vaguely similar to how a shark's capability to sense electrical fields allows them to predict movements. Where motions and the electromagnetic field are part of what she senses, the water and natural temperature of one’s body are also honing points for this capability. Of course if one has the same skill as herself, this "power" of her's is relatively useless and she must rely on her power to assist her reactions in defending her.
SubZero Spellset: The Cryocurse is a curse that is present within SHRP and it’s parallel universe. The Cryocurse grants it’s bearer the power to absorb and convert nuclear energy/radiation into “magical” power and cast spells. Spells are broken down from BASIC to ULTIMATE, the higher the tier the more stored energy is required. Basic requiring virtually no energy to activate, or activate inherently without her cognitive attempts. Ultimate being those which could require more energy than she could be able to spare. Her available spells are the following.

Apprentice (BASIC)
Crystal Cornea: The Ability to see life through "Free vision" which is sight that P.O.V can be altered from anywhere from third person to first person perspective. Se can project this anywhere within 50 meters of herself. Also the reason her eyes can change many different colors. Requires focus to maintain.
Frigid Functions: A Danger sense which automatically triggers one of her powers to appropriately defend her. Not cognitively activated.
Journey(wo)man (Low)
Snow-Drift: The ability to teleport in a dissipation of snow. In combat she may only teleport herself or the target up to 500 feet away. She teleports with anyone who is grabbing her or is making secured, physical contact with her regardless if she wants them to or not. Once a target has been affected by this spell, they cannot be teleported again for 3 posts.
Winter's Grasp: Turns into a large flutter of snowflakes, becoming intangible by most means for up to two posts. Once done, this cannot be done again of 2x the time she was intangible.
Adept (MEDIUM)
Ice Illusions: The Ability to use Ice in order to refract and emulate visual illusions while ice shards whistle through the wind in order to create auditory illusions that ultimately deceive the brain into smelling the illusions as if they were real. The illusions can be solidified into small minor constructs/minions. The life of these illusions/constructs lasts up to 3 posts before they solidify in place, lifeless and losing all power of illusion. The illusion is limited to one large room, (20’x20’) or 5 normal person sized constructs.
Wretched Winds: The Ability to cause a rotation of powerful winds equal to 3 tons. Immediate things are thrown back. Projectiles will be sent back at their original target if they were thrown with a force 2 tons or under. Incoming energy will be deflected from her as best as possible. Maximum of 3 posts. This barrier of winds can cover an extensive area. For every 20 additional feet it covers, +1 to the cooldown modifier. (Cooldown = 3* Duration)
Master (HIGH)
Ice-Coffin: This spell forces her to activate her Grandmaster level spell "Cryocurse". Once the spell is active her ice has the ability to provide a lv 8 regeneration effect to the ice and anyone the ice is encompassing. Evel 8 regeneration has the capacity to resurrect the recently deceased, and replenish energies lost down to a cellular level. While this ability is activated, she loses the power to "manipulate" her ice, rendering her entirely powerless. So while she is able to heal someone, or many people, she must have first placed them in an Ice-containment in order to be able for the ice and the person to gain the healing effect. Lasts up to 6 posts. Once this spell has concluded Sarah only has access to her basic spells. She does not even have the power to utilize her Grandmaster Cryocurse ability. (This spell can only be used once per topic)
Sheering Sleet: A spell which causes it to rain a "sleet" like substance that splashes and causes a freezing effect to everything it touches, which forms beautiful ice-flowers. These Ice flowers may glow, or appear as regular ice. As with all of Sarah's ice, these flowers will not melt if exposed to sunlight or fire, though if they are stricken they will reduce to an icy powder as if they were melted all the same. The purpose of these "Ice flowers" is to stack upon a target or an area and make it more difficult for others to move over the duration of the posts. The sleet freezes the abiotic to the core, making even the most durable of things shatter when subjected to traumatic force. Biotic things are weighed down with a burning sensation and an added ton of weight per flower. Lasts 5 posts. (This spell can only be used once per topic)
Grandmaster (ULTIMATE)
Sentient Snow: A Spell which allows her to tap into the power of her "Cryocurse" in order to summon forth a hulking sentient being of snow and ice. This being has several different appearances and like a snowflake each Guardian is slightly different. But unlike every snowflake, they all have the same Grid/Minion app. She is able to influence its shape and form in its initial conception but she is not able to manipulate it afterwards. The size can vary from 8 feet to 60 feet. (This spell can only be used once per topic)
Cryocurse: A spell which allows her total control over the "element" of Ice. She is able to freeze water to it, and unfreeze it at will. Her ice is magically imbued and as such it is far more durable than most regular ice, and it is only able to be manipulated by her. She is able to keep her ice appearing as regular ice, or she can cause it to glow a bright blue. This ice does not melt into water when exposed to fire or sunlight, instead if the fire is intense enough to melt it, it would turn into an ice-powder rather than water. Once this spell is activated She is unable to cast any other spell EXCEPT Ice-Coffin (where she loses this ability) Once this spell is activated it cannot be inactivated and often times leads powerful attacks but more mobility difficulty due to her inability to access any spell beyond a basic level. (This may only be triggered once per Topic)
The Weaknesses
The Cryocurse: The very nature of the Cryocurse is detrimental to Sarah’s wellbeing. The more she uses her powers, when not having enough energy stored up, is a piece of her soul that she sacrifices to the cryocurse, which ultimately shortens the time she has to undo the curse.
Amnesiac: Sarah has a severe displacement from her actual consciousness. While she remembered basic things such as her birth name, and remembers the face of a man and the voice of a monster, she cannot claim to know much more than this. That being said, there are many things she still has yet to understand of herself, or her past. While this does not seem like much of a weakness, it actually causes her to question her views on right and wrong much more easily than others.
Frostburn: Sarah’s spells require her to focus and give some form of concentration, as long as they are not activated by her Frigid Function. Burns (caused by fire, electricity, chemicals, etc. Will become excruciating whenever she uses a spell, forcing the duration to only last 1 post, regardless of the situation that leaves her in.
The Bleeding Heart: Sarah’s empathy compels her to help when she hears a cry for help.
Thawing Trauma:If all of Sarah’s applicable spells (Low and above) are on cooldown, she loses her power and fades away, forcing her to concede defeat in the thread.
K.I.S.S Principle: Sarah has the capacity to see the movement of another before they make it, giving her a benefit against them. When facing multiple opponents, this is actually a detriment, as attempting to read several targets causes cognitive overload.
Our Little Horror Story: Sarah is plagued by a wicked speedster that has put her life into ruin, often times interfering in even the most mundane things just for the sheer purpose of trouncing her. Whenever Sarah is in a thread, any opposing individual can invoke/bring this speedster into the thread against her. Typically wherever he shows up, bodies are left in his wake, and Sarah’s mental status is put to the test.
Primordial Presence: Sarah radiates an energy signature of The Primordial Chaos, The Dragon King, The First Frost and his plethora of personas. It is known to be attractive of danger, including those that detect odd energy signatures.
Runic Ruin: There are runic markings that exist that ward off all effectiveness of the Cryocurse’s power. The runic markings are known as Thurisaz, Algiz,Laguz. If these runic markings also not only negate Sarah’s natural durable nature, but causes her sensitivity, making her easier to damage than a normal human.
Vengeful Spirit: Anger is Sarah’s greatest enemy. Despite all other weaknesses, Sarah’s vengeful spirit is her greatest weakness. Whenever Sarah is made mad, angry or consumed by grief, she becomes the embodiment of heartlessness, anger and vengeance. She will pursue a target, attacking friend and foe indiscriminately. Any that stands between her and vengeance is equally guilty before her eyes. Once this weakness is activated, the only way to pacify her is for the vengeance to be achieved, or for her to hear the music of her locket. Either way, when she is no longer consumed by vengeance, she is rendered unconscious.
The Items
The Locket: A small, impressively engineered locket dated over 30 years old, surprisingly ahead of its time. The locket seems to recognize the EMF resonance of Sarah and will only open to her touch. The locket’s button can be wound, and will play an enchanting music.
Heroic Outfit: Sarah used to use her power in order to create cryocrystaline-based clothing for herself, but after going through the world to find herself, she quickly realized that she needed to update her look. She was gifted several jackets that will turn from brown to a deep teal/turquoise color when she summons forth the power of her magic. Though the jackets and her pants can be destroyed. Offers nothing but cosmetic options for herself.

Perfect Mimicry: The Ice-Illusions project a faint noise of air cycling throughout them that causes interference within the brain, leaving even the most observant and intellectual beings capable of being fooled. These beings can appear as any individual Snow Siren has seen, heard and copy their mannerisms as best as she knows them.
Strength: These beings have strength that ranks to that of lower tier metahumans.
Durability: These ice constructs are incredibly durable, being driven by the Cryocurse.The Weaknesses
Technology: Technology is not fooled by the illusions of the ice. Though the audio and manners of the illusions are the same on every level, on video the illusions are seen as little more than walking ice sculptures made in the likeness of the one they are mimicking.
Master of Puppets: They lack the adaptive properties of a sentient being. Their purpose is directed towards that what Snow Siren designates. Therefore her personality does tend to inadvertently interfere with the personalities of her illusions.
Dispelled Illusion: The nature of the illusion is that it can be entirely dispelled. If the illusion is not “prepared” or “geared” to fight, and it is struck by any force, it will turn to snow and vanish.
Warm areas: While they will not melt, that does not mean that it does not influence the resonance in which they emit their noise, causing more flawed representations in the illusions, even if only minor.
Sound: Loud noises cause the constructs to shatter themselves due to the pain they experience.
Doesn’t feel right...: The illusions have no sense of feeling, no sense of pain or any sense beyond that what Snow Siren knows them to react as. Thereby unless she tells them to act as though they feel pain, they will not recognize pain at all. Thereby if they are in a place where snow siren sent them, and they spill hot water on themselves, they will not acknowledge that the water is hot. This causes a lot of discrepancies when Sarah is not entirely cognitive of the situation.The Attributes

The Sentient Snow can have many forms, though all forms are generally monstrous in nature, having spiked tails, gnashing and fearsome fangs or pincers. Like all the remainder of Sarah's ice, the Guardian will not melt in sunlight or fire. If a fire is intense enough that would melt it the guardian reverts to icy powder instead.The Powers
Unfathomable Physiology: Depending upon the size of the sentient construct, it can utilize strength and resilience based durability that reaches up to the equivalent of it’s own body weight, based on that of a white rhino.
The Primordial’s Chosen: The sentient snow is linked on a fundamental level with the Cryocurse bearer. Whenever the curse bearer would be harmed, they are instead left untouched, leaving the sentient snow to suffer the intended harm.
Impossible Read/Reaction: The sentient snow seems to be capable of reacting in ways that are so unpredictable that it has the power to even lash out and strike at speedsters moving imperceivable faster than itself.
Call of Chaos: The sentient snow construct is a living avatar for the children of the Primordial being that created the Cryocurse. Being chaos given form, the snow is capable of morphing it’s own body upon its own volition, adding and removing extremities as it needs, providing it doesn’t exceed its mass/size limit.The Weaknesses
Inferior Intellect: Despite being a sentient being, it’s actual intellect is limited to that of a being with a singular purpose of defending the curse bearer. It’s not an incredibly difficult creature to out-smart, especially when one considers that the being it is an avatar is for has no concept of our world or how it works.
Life-Link: Damage done to the Cryocurse bearer is instead transferred to the sentient snow. Damage done this way is unable to be “reformed” by the avatar’s ability to manipulate the snow as it sees fit through it’s Call of Chaos ability. The damage also scales to the creature to be relative to that of the cursebearer. It’s durability means absolutely nothing through this method.
Coldsnap: The sentient snow is capable of rampaging and no longer serving the cursebearer as a guardian, but as nothing more than a rampaging monster. This happens immediately whenever someone “blasphemes” the name of their father by name explicitly.
Temperature: The construct can experience pain when subjected to warm temperatures. The hotter the region, the higher the limitation on its size, and the more pain it experiences when trying to morph it’s avatar’s shape, even when trying to reform damages done.
The Spark of Existence: The “Child” that possesses the sentient snow and uses it as an Avatar is not accustomed to the concept of pain, nor is it accustomed to the concept of actual existence. The more heavily populated the place, the harder it is to control this entity, and curb its destructive tendencies.
Sponge-Squeeze: Overexposure to radiation and/or nuclear energy on a massive level (massive source or multiple sources) will actually cause the creature to grow in power for only a moment before it begins to shrink in size and power, until it’s nothing more than the size of a house cat.
No harm: The being defends the bearer of the curse as it can perceive and calculate the intent within the person’s demeanor. If they do not seem to be attempting or interested in harming the cryocursed, it will immediately dismiss any interest in that being.
Selfless Cause, Hidden Annoyance: The creature has absolutely no sense of self-preservation, which can cause it to be quite predictable. Much to the annoyance of the children, the current curse bearer will call upon them to do silly things such as defend those that exist, or protect the innocent and fight for the right to life, often leading to a conflict in agenda.
Size v Speed: While the creature has the capacity to hit speedsters regardless of its size in form, the creature is not a fast creature. The smaller it is, the faster it goes, though none of the levels of speed going beyond that of a peak human. The maximum size it gets limits its ability to move itself physically to follow the bearer of the curse if she exits its proximity.The Attributes

Primordial’s Presence: Whenever she taps into her cryocurse powers, there is a chilling wind in a large region around her and it begins to snow, regardless the climate or time of year. Magical creatures/spirits sense her immediately and become more likely to attack.

A "Lawful Good" character acts as a "good person" is expected to act . They combine a commitment to opposing evil with their discipline to fight relentlessly. Typically the perfect philosophy of a Lawful Good character is that goodness is best achieved through adhering to the laws in a manner of collective altruism.
Typically "Lawful Good" characters are classified as honorable and humane. They respect authority figures and their mandates, values commitment, obeys all personal contracts and keeps to their word, is willing to support legal procedure (regardless of own discomfort), will rush to the aid of others in times of crisis (even if not profitable to do so), and typically wrestles with a guilty conscience when they have done wrong (which typically drives them to "right" their wrong in some way).
Personality:
Sarah is what one could probably call a good person, but she would never call herself one. Mostly because that's bragging and that makes you a dick. Sarah is a kind person though she is also known for being short and not taking anything from anybody. If she wanted yo lip, she'd rip it off yo face. Sarah placed a paramount on the concept of respect and honesty. Regardless of her own likes or dislikes she would rather have someone honestly tell her the truth than neglect or dance around the situation. Bottom Line: She likes people who are truthful. Respect is her greatest influence.
Sarah is prone to concern and anxiety, though she can keep a relatively clear mind under such pressure, she is still emotionally compromised and not likely to be the most friendly individual. Despite this, in times such as these a little kindness and compassion can go a long way, and is not something she is likely to forget. She herself may seem a bit off-putting initially, though as you warm up to the cryocursed woman the cold exterior seems to melt awa- okay I'm having too much fun with this. Bottom Line: A little kindness goes a long way with Sarah.

Over-Skill: (Fighting Skills) - She has such advanced reflexes and such powerful skill that she's completely beyond the point of styles or form. Using her "sensitivity" to the nature of ice, water and fighting she has developed her own sense of "Combat ESP" that allows her to "theoretically" see the movements of enemies before they themselves even make a motion. Akin, or at least vaguely similar to how a shark's"lateral line" function where motions one makes before even making them, she herself see's it in a more full motion. Of course if one has the same skill as herself, this "power" of her's is relatively useless and she must rely on her power to assist her reactions in defending her.
Cryocurse: (Magic) - She is a victim of something called "The Cryocurse". It grants her cryokinetic powers.
The Sub-Zero Magic: (Spells)- Spell list:
Basic:
Crystal Cornea: The Ability to see life through "Free vision" which is sight that P.O.V can be altered from anywhere from third person to first person perspective. Se can project this anywhere within 50 meters of herself. Also the reason her eyes can change many different colors.
Frigid Functions: A Danger sense which automatically triggers one of her powers to appropriately defend her.
Low:
Snow-Drift: The ability to teleport in a dissipation of snow. In combat she may only teleport herself or the target up to 500 feet away. She teleports with anyone who is grabbing her or is making secured, physical contact with her regardless if she wants them to or not. (2 post cooldown)
Winter's Grasp: Turns into a large flutter of snow flakes, becoming intangible by most means for up to two posts. (Cooldown = 2 * Duration)
Medium:
Ice Illusions: The Ability to use Ice in order to refract and emulate visual illusions while ice shards whistle through the wind in order to create auditory illusions that ultimately deceive the brain into smelling the illusions as if they were real. (Rp Mechanic/Outside of combat/Permission: The Illusions can be "solidified" in order to be felt as well). In combat, the illusions cannot be felt, though if their hand goes through an illusion it will feel like running a hand through shaved ice. Lasts up to 3 posts. (Cooldown = 3* Duration)
Wretched Winds: The Ability to cause a rotation of powerful winds equal to 5 strength. Immediate things are thrown back. Projectiles will be sent back at their original target with 4 strength if "caught" (they are 5 or under) or incoming energy will be deflected from her as best as possible. Maximum of 2 posts. (Cooldown = 3* Duration)
High:
Ice-Coffin: This Ability enables her to infuse her lv 10 "Cryocurse" Spell with the ability to provide a lv 8 regeneration effect to the ice and anyone the ice is encompassing. While this ability is activated, she loses the power to "manipulate" her ice, and so while she is able to heal someone she must have first placed them in an Ice-containment in order to be able for the ice and the person to gain the healing effect. Lasts up to 6 posts. Once this spell has concluded Sarah only has access to her basic spells. (Once per topic)
Sheering Sleet: A spell which causes it to rain a "sleet" like substance that splashes and causes a freezing effect to everything it touches, which forms beautiful ice-flowers. These Ice flowers may glow, or appear as regular ice. As with all of Sarah's ice, these flowers will not melt if exposed to sunlight for fire, though if they are stricken they will reduce to an icy powder as if they were melted all the same. The purpose of these "Ice flowers" is to stack upon a target and make it more difficult for them to move over the duration of the posts. Lasts 5 posts (20 Post cooldown)
Ultimate:
Sentient Snow: A Spell which allows her to tap into the power of her "Cryocurse" in order to summon forth a hulking sentient being of snow and ice. This being has several different appearances and like a snow flake each Guardian is slightly different. But unlike every snowflake, they all have the same Grid. She is able to influence it's shape and form in it's initial conception but she is not able to manipulate it afterwards. (Once Per Topic)- Sentient Snow:

Notes: The Sentient Snow can have many forms, though all forms are generally monstrous in nature, having spiked tails, gnashing and fearsome fangs or pincers. Like all the remainder of Sarah's ice, the Guardian will not melt in sunlight or fire. If a fire is intense enough that would melt it the guardian reverts to icy powder instead.
Cryocurse: A spell which allows her total control over the "element" of Ice. She is able to freeze water to it, and unfreeze it at will. Her ice is magically imbued and as such it is far more durable than most regular ice, and it is only able to be manipulated by her. She is able to keep her ice appearing as regular ice, or she can cause it to glow a bright blue. This ice does not melt into water when exposed to fire or sunlight, instead if the fire is intense enough to melt it, it would turn into an ice-powder rather than water. Once this spell is activated She is unable to cast any other spell EXCEPT Ice-Coffin (where she loses this ability) Once this spell is activated it cannot be unactivated and often times leads powerful attacks but more mobility difficulty due to her inability to access any spell (other than her basic spells). (Once per Topic)

I believe I fixed the problems.
Int and Occ are now broken up again.
