Meiying is usually a hyper and energetic girl, who loves nothing more than having a good time or friendly competition. Especially if it involves martial arts or racing. In many ways Meiying is carefree and outgoing, kind to all those she meets, and respectful to those who deserve it. While Meiying would go out of her way to help someone, she can also be incredibly competitive, to the point that it could get her in trouble. Meiying has never been one for teamwork, and as such, could use practice in the art of working with others. This isn't to say that she cannot make friends easily or get along with people, only that she has always worked better when she didn't have to worry as much about other people. Meiying enjoys loud music, boys, martial arts, dancing, free running, the club scene, and many other things that involve having fun. Meiying is a notorious speed demon, and is in love with going fast and being up high, which often go hand in hand with her. If at all possible, the only crime she could ever wind up committing in her own mind is speeding, in which case she would admit her wrongdoing and do whatever she had to do to make up for it, be it a fine or even a night in the slammer. Unfortunately, she also has a phobia of prisons, as she has spent the last couple years of her life attempting to help the police and the local heroes to defeat and arrest criminals.

History:
Meiying was born in New York City, and spent much of her life there before her family moved to Chicago. Meiying's mother was a well known actress, very popular for her various roles on the silver screen, but never felt at home in New York, and decided to make their new permanent residence in her home town of Chicago. Fortunately for Meiying, her mother was from another big city with lots of tall buildings, which was in many ways a playground for the teen. When Meiying was young, her parents enrolled her in various self defense classes, along with various dance and music classes, believing that a well rounded child would grow into a well rounded adult, who would eventually become a productive member of society. Unfortunately for her parents, Meiying was never a model student. The only areas she shined in were physical ones, which, fortunately, included most of the subjects she had been placed in. Meiying became infatuated with many things, including the dancing, the music, the martial arts, and oddly enough, with going fast. This fascination began when her older brother became involved in an underground street racing group. Some nights, being the model "cool" older brother, he would tell her of his ventures, and began inviting her to see him race. Rather than the danger and excitement frightening her, Meiying adored it. The roar of the engines, the speed and driving talent was enough to make her squeal in excitement. Meiying herself became involved in it for a short time, but was deterred from it by her older brother, who said it was too dangerous to do it how he did it, and it led to many unfortunate things that she shouldn't get involved in.

His warnings fell on deaf ears, as Meiying blindly accepted race after race. Until one night, Meiying barely escaped from a crash alive. Meiying was in a coma for several days, but managed to recover. Meiying's love for going fast did not falter, but she decided to stay away from the illegal racing. Her older brother continued however, and was eventually arrested, but this was only one charge that he was arrested for. It turned out, her brother had become involved in other crimes as well, including, but not limited to, assault, extortion, theft, bribery, and aiding a fugitive. While it hurt Meiying that her brother were a criminal, she still loved him. This drove her to despise gangs and organized crime as a whole, blaming them entirely for what happened with her brother, whom she knew to be a good guy in bad situations. Meiyings abilities had continued to develop, and she began using an alias when battling gangs of the city and the criminals, calling herself "Fracture" in regards to how she had fractured mirrored glass upon discovering her brother's involvement in crime, as well as how he had described what his life had become after they brought him in. In truth, she only took an alias at all because she thought it sounded "cool."

Meiying has spent the last couple years fighting crime in Chicago, doing whatever she could to help the police, and the heroes of the city she had grown to admire. Meiying often visited her brother in prison, which earned her many odd and sometimes dirty looks from members of the city. Some citizens refused to accept her help because of her relation to a criminal, which was mostly discovered by people seeing her during her visitations. Meiying is now in the middle of her last year of high school, thanks to her decent grades, she has managed to stay in time with her studies, and is expected to graduate this year. Her parents, although disappointed in her lack of scholarly pursuits, still cling to the hope that she will become a doctor or something for the sort, a profession that she has no desire of getting involved in. The police force usually views her as an asset, but some of them dislike her, partly because of her brother, and partly because she, like heroes, sometimes make the force look bad, at least, in their eyes.

The Powers

Power 1: Creation and manipulation of chi energy. This energy enhances Meiying's strength, speed, endurance, reflexes, etc... Additionally, through it's use, she can use additional abilities listed as other powers. Meiying's chi is unstable at best, and requires concentration to control when she uses it. Since her power is constantly fluctuating, there are times that she cannot control her chi properly or completely.

Power 2: The most commonly seen use of Meiying's chi, aside from the enhanced abilities, is the creation of sonic waves. Meiying can create shockwaves with her chi, in the form of directed pushes, radial outbursts. Typically, the directed blasts are more powerful, but obviously lack the broad range of the outbursts, and have an extended and controlled range at up to about 15 meters, when uncontrolled at full power, about 25 meters. The radial outbursts aren't used often, as they are more difficult to control. These outbursts have a radial range of about 5 meters when controlled, and 15 meters when uncontrolled at full power. When the radial outburst is used, it requires a short charge time in which objects around her are typically pulled toward the epicenter, which would be Meiying herself.

The part about the chi enhancing your physical capabilities is just an RP mechanic and costs nothing.

You need to split the ability between the sonic wave power, the regeneration and the duplication.

You need to spend points in ability for each power separately. You can spend however many points in the sonic wave power and the regeneration. As for the duplication it would cost 1 point and each copy would have no more than 26 points.

Removed the healing power so the points can be focused on the shockwave power (is that okay? Removed the - 1 on the first power, and put it on the duplication power.
