Lea stands at 5'4" and weighs approximately 110lbs. She has a rather petite frame, but with unmistakeably feminine curves. Her features have that ageless quality that makes it difficult to guess how old she looks; a former lover once described her as looking "old enough to be tempting, but young enough to make one feel guilty for thinking such thoughts."

Personality:
Lea is a somewhat strange individual by Human reckoning. Her senses of morality and reasoning are foreign to Human concepts, which leads her to do things under motivations that often seem not to make sense, and to behave in ways that often seem to contrast her actions. Ignoring her actions, her demeanor would seem almost warm and welcoming, but there's a strange dissonance when her actions are figured in. For instance, intense violence and cruelty seems to induce in her either a childlike glee or a sexual thrill. She's been known to hum happily while torturing prisoners, or to dance as cities burn. Some might call her a psychopath or a sociopath, which may be an appropriate diagnosis if she were Human, but is not necessarily correct in her case. She does have morals and values, but her Unseelie upbringing causes her to act on those in ways that a Human would not. As she is not human, her behavior cannot fairly be called inhumane. She is what she is, after all.

History:
The Leanansidhe's history is murky, like most of the Sidhe. Her involvement in history is sporadically detailed at best. Her origins can be presumed to lie somewhere around the fifth century BCE, with the rise of Celtic Polytheism. Whether she existed before then, or how she came into being, is a secret known only to her. What is known is that, throughout history, she has maintained perhaps the closest connection to Humans of any Sidhe or Faerie, particularly to poets and artists. She is noted to take Human artists as lovers, inspiring them to greatness which they may not have been able to achieve on their own - at the cost of an early grave. Perhaps the historical record is so unclear on her because her mortal lovers guarded details about her jealously, unwilling to share her.

What is less well-known, but still a solid fact to hold on to about her if you know where to find it, is that she gained power and prominence among the Sidhe until eventually rising to the position of Handmaiden to Queen Mab herself, something akin to a Personal Assistant in this day and age. After Illya's ascension to Sidhe life, Mab ordered Lea to assist Illya as she had Mab.

Power(s):
Unseelie Arcana (8 AB): As a Winter Unseelie, Lea is a part of the Realm of Winter in Arcadia, and can draw upon the energy of Winter to fuel her magics. She can use this magic to create constructs of Winter energy and conjure items, usually with a dark mix of green-blue-purple in color like a glacier or the aurora borealis. This can also be used to create blasts, to create ice/snow/frost/hail, or to freeze things/lower the temperature of things via touch or bolts of energy.

Silent Window (2 AB): Perhaps the most feared capability of the Unseelie Royalty/Nobility, the ability to enter space silently. When required to, Lea is capable of moving between planes of existence as if she were the wind. Silently, Lea will disappear from her current position, and reappear in an area within her sight. (Range: 182 meters within sight)

Wind Walking (Pseudo-Flight): Lea is capable of walking on unsubstantial surfaces such as Air and Water as if it were solid ground. While it isn't flight, it gives Lea access to areas she normally wouldn't have access to.

Inspiration (RP Mechanic): Humans (and Metahumans) tend to feel more inspired and creative around the Leansidhe. (No actual effect, as players can determine how their character is affected if at all, just a flavor thing).

Weakness(es):
Iron: Like all Sidhe, Lea's body is vulnerable to Iron. The touch of Iron burns Lea's skin and her magic loses its strength upon her exposure to it. With enough Iron passing through her body, Illya has the potential of catching ablaze and can possibly lead to death by combustion.

Words: Lea, like all Fae, is unable to resist the binding nature of words. As a result, Lea can never lie, merely cause deception through wordplay. In addition, oaths and promises are binding to Lea, meaning she can never break one once it is made. However, this also goes for one who makes a promise to her. In addition, when one calls upon Lea's name 3 times, they summon her into their realm, no matter where they are.
