The Looks

Erica is pretty lanky and has an athletic look to her. She isn't really tan or pale... just normal. Her blonde hair is usually pulled back into a ponytail or braid, but on occasion it is down. When she is Pulse she wears a black suit with green down the side and zigzagged across her boots. This green matches her eyes. Although she is quite thin, she doesn't look too muscular.




The Legacy


Personality: Erica is quiet but very cunning and witty. She can always think or a sarcastic comeback or something funny to say. She is a clown, but she doesn't have enough friends to express the wit often. As Pulse, she follows by the law but is pretty forgiving. But, just because she is forgiving doesn't mean the villains aren't going to jail. As Pulse she is smart and aware of her surroundings... she's very punctilious. When in danger, she stays calm despite any hopeless situation. Even though she has a bad background, she is always very hopeful, but if she ever fails to catch a crook, she is quite hard on herself. She is usually solo, but is a people person. Although she doesn't have many friends, she can interact with people quite nicely, considering her situation.

History: Erica was strange ever since her hand went through the table when picking up a fork. Her whole family freaked out at the sight of their little girl doing this. Soon, more incidents happened, like taking the density out of a teachers chair while she was sitting on it.... Banished onto the streets by her terrified parents, her only friend was her brother, whom she could not see often. On her seventeenth birthday, she saw in the newspaper her brother had been brutally murdered by a robber that her brother got in the way of. She sought revenge and found the killer. But, she didn't have the guts to kill him and tied him up, letting the police deal with the criminal. Ever since, she wished to help people and not seek revenge. She swore to do good. She often jumps from city to city, traveling anywhere from New York to LA. She isn't always the most liked by other heroes when she shows up in their town, but she finds herself bored with the same old thing in NYC.




The Powers


Power 1: Density Manipulation: Can make solid objects as easy to pass through as air for anyone. She just edits molecules.

Power 2: Density Manipulation for her own body: Can walk through walls or if someone was to throw a punch at her, their hand would go through her. But, she isn't even close to invincible. If she is distracted or attacked by surprise, she may not have enough time to edit her density before injured.

History needs to be expanded on. Like how she discovered her powers.

You only get 30 points to start with. Also the power you're describing isn't density manipulation. You're describing Intangibility. Intangibility costs 2 points for 2 posts duration/cooldown and each additional point adds 1 post.

Now that I think about it, she may have a little bit of both Intangibility and Density Control since she can also make solid objects as dense as air. I didn't think about Intangibility before. I'll add that to her power list also. Thank you for pointing that out!
And, she notices her powers when she sticks her hand through a table while trying to grab a fork. I could explain that more if that is what you mean.
I'm still a bit confused about the cost of 2 points for 2 posts duration/cooldown and each additional point adds 1 post. What exactly does that mean?
