Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Alignment: Neutral Evil

Race: Human-Cybernetically Augmented

Height: 6'1

Personality
Surface
Brilliant, eccentric, and possessing of a flair for the dramatic. Generally warm and friendly in his dealings with people, Terrance actually doesn't come across as much of a villain. His jovial demeanor however belies his absolute disregard for human life, a quality of his that only surfaces when something stands between him and his goals. This doesn't mean he enjoys inflicting pain and misery on others though; he is mostly indifferent to it, and simply prefers civil discourse over bloodshed because it usually creates less complications.
Relation to other superhumans
Terrance has a great measure of professional respect and in some cases even admiration for other superhumans; especially the brainy ones. He won't allow this to get in the way of his plans of course, and views his relation with other villains as a friendly rivalry most of the time. He considers it a professional courtesy not to interfere with other villains' business so long as they don't mess with his. As Terrance is a long-time planner who rarely makes large and intimidating moves, it is unlikely many villains will want to butt in on his business. After all, they don't see the larger picture of his plans.
Superheroes are another matter entirely. While he respects those who utilize their intellect as a weapon rather than brute force, he simply cannot afford for any do-gooders to get in his way. He prefers not to engage in direct confrontation, and attempts to stay in the shadows most of the time. He lacks the arrogance and pride of most of his peers in villainy, and considers the metahuman 'heroes' a threat he'd rather tiptoe around.
Morality
Terrance is mostly amoral, rather than typically immoral. He does not consider life to have any inherent value, nor does he attribute any value to abstract concepts such as justice or ‘good and evil’.
If he was to have any type of moral thought, then it would be expressed in ‘likes’ and ‘dislikes’, and a strong obsession with politeness and social protocol. This latter is due to him finding it one of the few ways in which he can still relate to people in general, and has grown to enjoy it as such.
When he ‘likes’ someone or something, he can go through an uncharacteristic amount of trouble to help this person or idea, even when it might conflict with his own plans. This is is very rare however, and should not be expected to occur often.
Origin and Psychological Background
Terrance has an innate psychic link to the Soul Stream, the metaphysical torrent of souls that surrounds all dimensions and facilitates the cycle of life and death, and even the creation of mana, the foundation of magic. This link has existed from the moment Terrance even had something resembling a mind, while still in his mother’s womb. From this point, vast amounts of knowledge, both arcane and mundane has been bleeding into his psyche, along with horrible visions of things that lie beyond the known universe, unspeakable entities and forms lurking in the deepest recesses of existence; beyond mortal comprehension.
As a result, Terrance was endowed with both an abnormal intellect and ability to process information, along with a natural knowledge of both mundane science and what he likes to call ‘the science of the unknowable’. On the downside, though his cognitive development may have been accelerated exponentially, his emotional and social development as a child has been terribly stunted.
His unique mental condition isolates him from the rest of the world, leaving him unable to relate to anyone else, except to some extent those endowed with a similarly great intellect or knowledge. Besides that, the countless horrifying and unfathomable visions he has suffered have token its toll on his sanity somewhat.
All this combined has left Terrance more than just a little unhinged, and is reflected in his disturbed and somewhat hollow mental condition.
Most of Terrance’s surface personality is a consciously crafted façade that allows him to interact with people at a pleasant level. But despite its artificiality, and the fact that Terrance will usually act in any way that furthers his goals, some part of it is sincere, and reflects a hidden desire to be loved and understood. A desire however that is dwarfed by the contradictory drive to reject everything external to the self and seek out complete existential solitude.
Science and the Occult
Regarding his view of science and magic, Terrance tends to view them as one and the same. Terrance describes the study of the paranormal as ‘the science of the unknowable’, which, though it may be somewhat of a paradox, actually describes it quite accurately. There are things in this world that are beyond mortal comprehension, even to a mind such as his own. However, brief visions of these things can lead to at least a limited insight.
The more typical magic however, Terrance finds relatively easy to explain in scientific terms, connecting much of it to cosmic energies invisible to the physical eye. Even the Soul Stream, and the existence of Souls are something Terrance theorizes about scientifically. He describes the soul as essentially an extension of the mind in the form of cosmic energy that captures the essence of every development and action the mind goes through, which is ended once the organism’s lifespan comes to a halt, whereupon it is returned to its origin, the Soul Stream. He likens the Soul Stream to a vast library that archives the souls of the deceased, where each soul would be a book. Sometimes concepts from books are recycled, or a new adaptation on the book is made. And sometimes books are recycled entirely and returned to pure energy, harnessed by people, entities or simply given some entirely new function. It’s all rather complicated, though Terrance likes to believe he has at least a decent grasp of the theory behind it all. At the very least he is more than capable of wielding it alongside his grasp of normal science and technology.
History
Dominus File 00064B3D: Terrance
Subject Zero-Seven, now known as Terrance, or Terrance Antagon III. Subject was born 35 years ago. At birth already exhibited strange signs of heightened intellect and unnatural knowledge. Behavior erratic, even for an infant child. Early childhood also marked by strange aloofness and what was diagnosed as frequent psychotic episodes. Art made at school was impossibly detailed and artistically advanced, yet always depicted nightmarish landscapes, entities and abstracts, sometimes featuring overly complicated geometric constructs of a surreal quality.
Taken in by Dominus at age 5. Biological parents compensated with large amount of money, told that this was in child’s best interests. In custody, child was cooperative and pleasant in interaction, but remained emotionally distant to an almost unnatural degree. Subject only showed hints of enthusiasm when given classified research documents to read, or anything related to the then absent from our world Dr. Ignatius Clement; now better known as super-villain Doctor Cosmos.
Subject was instrumental in preliminary research towards energy weapons, and his insights into meta-humans of mystical inclination have proven invaluable and are still valid today.
During early teens subject made several suicide attempts. Security level was increased. Upon questioning his reasoning for his actions subject replied with: “I just wanted to be alone for a while.”
Depression persisted throughout his teens, though subject remained cooperative. At age 15 however, subject experienced sudden loss of any of the abnormalities that made him valuable. Several experiments performed to bring back his unnatural talents, but to no avail. Intelligence had decreased exponentially, even though he still exhibited geniuss-level intellect. Brain activity was stable, no more nightmares or visions.
At age 17, subject was released, though still closely monitored. Went to high school for a short amount of time, graduated summa cum laude. Monitoring decreased over time; subject showed no signs of returning abilities. In this we erred.
Without going to university, subject suddenly started his own business in bionic prosthetics, shocking the scientific community and public alike. Quickly rose to fame and launched into wealth by the success of his business, all the while rapidly accumulating doctorates in several fields of science. Founded Antagon Industries at age 21. Wealth, fame and great personal security shielded him from any attempts to retrieve the subject.
At age 28 subject disappeared from the face of the earth, leaving not a single trace. Over the years there have been possible sightings in Guatemala and Mexico, but none of these confirmed. Now, seven years later, a secure Dominus server was hacked and left with a single message: “Naughty, naughty, Adam. Naughty.”
Subject is considered to still be at large, and a possible threat to the organization.
Powers and Abilities
- Powers:
- Cyborg : Terrance is no longer fully human, and has enhanced his body with magic and cybernetic components. Most of his flesh and organs have been swapped with synthetic replacements that age very, very slowly and are more durable than the originals and work at peak health. Most essential parts, such as his metahuman brain, have only been augmented, not replaced. His body tires only after multiple days of continued activity.
- Peak Condition (DUR*): Terrance's body is cybernetically enhanced to function at peak condition. He is in perfect health, and has no lack of stamina.
- Augmented Brain(INT): Terrance has cybernetically enhanced his own brain, allowing it to function at a speed and efficiency that rivals most supercomputers. Terrance does not experience mental fatigue, his mind can function indefinitely without needing any rest whatsoever.
Using a blend of Eldritch Science and Alchemy, Terrance has created a pocket-dimension that can store objects as conceptual energy, and melded it with his soul. He has the ability to store anything within this dimension and summon it at will (storing people requires their consent, no resistance, and time. if succesfully done, the subject is suspended in time while stored). Keep in mind that this dimension is in no way an actual physical location. Rather, it is a metaphysical plane of existence hidden in and part of Terrance's Soul.
- Abilities:
- Otherworldly Knowledge
- Occult: Terrance has great knowledge of the Occult. He is a master of magical rituals, alchemy, and most things generally paranormal in nature.
- Science: Because of his talent and (un)natural insight in most subjects, Terrance excels in pretty much every science known to man, and then a shitload more. Of course, there are those rare, blessed individuals who actually outclass him in some regards. But altogether, Terrance is more than worthy of the title ' Mad Scientist' or 'Evil Genius'.
- Stuff:
- The Prometheus (INT/OCC-based Plot Device):
Terrance's magnum opus; a colossal machine hidden deep underground in Terrance's top secret Central America lair. The Prometheus is what Terrance spent most of his life working on in secret. The machine’s main purpose is a mystery, and hasn’t yet been completed.
Its secondary purpose however is to allow Terrance to project his consciousness and soul into one of his many synthetic clone bodies, or possess people who he has implanted with certain cybernetic augments. - Other gadgets listed on item page.

Re: Terrance
The Synthetic body is when his soul is within the 'robot' correct?

Re: Terrance
To my knowledge, when transferring to and from separate entities, such as your Terrance's true body, and his soul placed into a synthetic one, most of his stats need to stay the same; the most being INT, FS, and EP.
Because, without the 1 EP, how's he getting back to his true self?
