Name: Prototype Railgun also called the Sling
Abilities: The Sling is capable of firing a .700 cal round at approximately 1,500 m/s. It requires a reload after every shot, as the rails over heat, and must be ejected. Rails are packaged with the ammo. Fires a strong attack with one post cool-down that must be dedicated to reloading.
Description: The Sling was one of Project Goliath's first attempts at an anti-superhuman weapon. It is around the size of a sniper rifle, though the barrel is a fair bit larger and wider to fit the round and the rails in together.

Facility Application

Base Name: Warehouse 03

Purpose: Originally intended to be used as a support facility for Project Goliath before the projects end

Location: Los Angeles, California, USA

Apperance: Privately owned warehous

History: Originally intended as a support facility for Project Goliath, and built off a government budget, it was a large underground bunker filled with state of the art computers and equipment. Most of that has been lost, but Kyle has managed to keep some of it, most importantly some rather high end computers, and maintenance gear for his power armor. It is guarded by a large series of large steel doors, and several automated turrets. As is, it is mostly empty as the base was made to handle at least 80 assorted staff. Outside it looks like a privately owned series of mostly empty warehouses, surrounded by a chain link fence.
