Personality: Cotton Candy has a very sweet exterior that she uses to mask her diabolic intentions of mass murder and genocide. She does genuinely care for her allies and well go through great lengths to protect them. Because of her advanced intelligence she acts very mature at times for her age and will only put on airs around strangers to mislead them. Very vindictive, she will always make sure to get back at those that she perceives as having slighted her, and is willing to wait patiently in order to exact revenge unlike some of he cohorts.

History: Cotton Candy, like her gang, was an average little girl with an above average sense of adventure. A dare to go into an abandoned and cursed candy factory lead her and her friends to be transformed into the villainous crew known today as The Sugar Hill Gang.



Power(s):

Power 1: Cotton Candy mastery 8- Can create and manipulate huge amounts of cotton candy over within a large radius equivalent to half a football field. Cotton candy can be compressed, flavored, and shaped in any form she sees fit. With limited concentration it can even form large creatures that can act semi autonomous within a close proximity or at range depending upon size. She is even able to fly on a cloud of cotton candy at a fairly quick pace.

Power 2: Health detection 1 - Can pinpoint and identify the health of individuals within her sphere of influence. Using this ability she is able to track people at length with little effort. The healthier a person is the hard it is to track them, but if they have ingested her cotton candy then she can determine their exact location at all times, or know the general direction of the target even across vast distances.

Power 3: Cotton Candy Clone 4 - Generates a clone that is indistinguishable from the original that can only exist within the range of her cotton candy sphere of influence. Clone can act completely independent but only half her durability and half of her power to manipulate Cotton candy. When clone is in use, her ability to manipulate Cotton candy is also cut in half which includes range.

Power 4: Cotton Candy Healing 3 - Can heal herself and others through the ingestion of special cotton candy. Most eaten to take effect and works like regeneration of the same level.
