How would one go about removing a character? Would they have to be killed of, or can they simply... dissipate like a fart of the breeze?

How would the second one work? WOuld you just post a new application, and request for them to move however you're replacing to the trash bin?

You can make characters you no longer wish to obtain XP for NPCs.
