Beverly House

Purpose: A discreet half-way house that offers housing, assistance, social services and training to inexperienced Meta humans. Primarily caters to teens still adjusting to their powers, though may accept other applicants. The Condominum is not exclusive for this purpose- the first five floors are inhabited by civilians.

Location: Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California

Appearance: Beverly House is a 7-storey Condominium within a limited lot area; other features on the ground floor include a public pool and minimalist landscaping. The roof is a hydroponic garden. It is a walled compound with 24-hour surveillance.

History: Beverly House is one of many condominiums within the city limits. It was begun as a humble apartment complex, previously a place where many people who want to make it big in L.A. would start. It was discreetly acquired through Ellie’s private funds via the software company she owns, the agent being in direct control of several legitimate businesses previously owned by criminals she has assisted to apprehend.

Ellie originally developed and refurbished it into an upscale Condominum, to generate revenue. But instead, she has offered to have it used by Jade Tren and her associates as a discreet location for Meta human social and welfare services. She also assigns a Meta-sympathizing, loyal FBI agent to act as her manager.
