Bliss Tech

Bliss Tech, a subsidy of Bliss Enterprises, operating out of the Bliss Group Business Ventures, wealth 4, recently made a break through in human-computer relations.  It does technobabble; no one cares about what I write here.  Absolutely no one.  Relevance starts in two words.

Power 1:

Bliss can focus her ice to slow down the power current in most computer systems.  It slows the power level by making her ice affect the subatomic frequency given out by classical and quantum computing.  Bliss can slow down the hack attempts of others by freezing the atomic particles necessitated to give a proper annealing.  (Int 10)

Power 2:

Air Conditioner repair.  In an unexpected, but not without marketing potential, Bliss found a more potent way of repairing boxes that make things colder.  Not impressive?  Can you fix an air conditioner?  No?  Didn't think so.  (Int 10)

Power 3:

Communications central.  Bliss can use a HUD to stay in contact with her teammates.  It also has weapons. And armor. I guess what I'm saying it, the calls aren't the most important thing.  (Int 5)

Approved, though the first two "Powers" are just her.. powers, right? Not.. items? The only item here is the Cummunication thingie.. unless all the powers are part of the picture. XD

If yeah, then the item in the picture is a level 10 INT item; and all those things you listed can go with it.
