Roy is a stereotypical slick business man. He wears a 3 piece suit and tie anytime he is outside of his home. His hair is slicked back and well oiled. He has a square jaw and good features. He is built quite well due to all the free time he has for exercise. He is never seen without his large emerald ring on his right ring finger.

The Legacy

Personality: Roy is a business man, a cheat, and a liar. He talks smooth but always has his fingers crossed. He is also arrogant and merciless.

History: Roy grew up on the streets of New York learning his trade. He would go about the suburbs and go door to door with a can, asking for charity donations for different out orphanages that didn't exist. As he got older, his scams got more complicated. One time though, he asked an undercover cop for a donation to an ex-convict rehabilitation center. The cop arrested him and he was sentenced to 5 years in a New York prison. There he made his first connections into the drug trade. When he was released, he moved to Los Angeles and began a quilting business as a front for his new drug ring.Unfortunately for him, he forgot to ask for permission from the local druglord already in place, Freddy Two-Fingers.
