Hey everyone

So, I stumbled on this site in and after lurking a bit, I'm pretty fascinated by this.

I've been RPing online since I was...10, I think. I've never done a super thick, detailed, forum RP like this, which I'm actually pretty excited about trying. My RP experience started in the old AOL public chatrooms in the late 90s/early 00s. Short descriptions, lots of people, fast pace, lots of lines, active. As the AOL rooms started to die off I was with a group of seven at most that RPed the same style until pretty much, if enough people left for the day, we called it and waited until the next time everyone was on to keep going. So I'm experienced rookie, or a fresh veteran, I suppose, on this front.

ANYWAYS, I'm interested in giving this a try and am starting to make up my first character...probably have a lot of questions, but that's for some poor admin/mod to worry about. Happy to be aboard!

That's exactly how I started RPing; minus AOL. I started on the Yahoo Userrooms. One line, fast paced RP. But, as time went on, me and friends started to RP in conferences and group chats. And then I turned to forums. I've been RPing since I was 9. (: So, roughly 11 years (Seeing as I'll be 20 soon. XD ) But yeah. I'd call you a veteran RPer. :]
