Costume Description: Kaguya wears a showy, revealing outfit she made herself from her priestess clothes, lending it a oriental and mystical look.

Personality: While her heart and intentions are pure, Kaguya can tend towards the rebelliousness of youth. She doesn't deal well with authority, or anyone telling her what to do for that matter. She likes to be the center of attention, and won't hesitate to speak her mind which can make her somewhat abrasive. Despite that, she can't stand to see anyone in trouble or pain and will do anything she can to help just about anyone.

History: A member of a race of inch-tall humanoids that immigrated from the moon to Earth hundreds of years agoand settled in what is now Eastern Asia, Kaguya is the youngest in race's sacred line of moon priestess's. From birth, she has undergone strict training and study to prepare for her role as high priestess. Several times through her childhood Kaguya tried to escape but was always thwarted by her body guards. Dreaming of a carefree and adventurous life over the privileged prison of nobility, She became fascinated with the outside world and bothered anyone she could for stories of the places and creatures found there.

At 18, she was going to be officially recognized as the successor and assume the role of a priestess in a city far (by the standards of tiny people) from the capital. She used this as an opportunity to escape, stealing the sacred blade Gengetsu and used her powers to grow and mingle with humans. She became a "teen superhero idol" in Japan, fighting crime and villains while finding time to appear on camera and endorse a product or two. While she is well-known in Japan, she seeks to become famous worldwide and has recently traveled to the states. she is often followed by cameras and makes a point of being showy during fights, making something of a spectacle of the role of a super hero.

Powers:
Lunar Magic: All of Kaguya's powers come from her spiritual connection to the moon, and are more powerful when in the moon's presence. If kept from the moon's light for a long period of time (days) her powers will be weakened.
Size Change-Kaguya can freely change between her natural state of a few inches high to normal human height.
Lunar Blades-Kaguya can use her Lunar magic to create lunar blades, crescent shaped projectiles of varying size made of a unique light energy. She can use these offensively, to cut through durable defenses and attack opponents from different directions. She can also use them to block, letting her defend against energy attacks her regular blade might not. She is skilled enough in their use that she can perform complicated maneuvers and even use them in midair as stepping stones to get to unique vantage points in battle. While she is able to create these blades without her sword, she uses the blade as a focus so blades created without it are smaller and less numerous.
Healing Touch- The most sacred power of her people, Kaguya can use her lunar magic to heal another person that she's able to lay hands upon. She has yet to perfect this art, only being able to use it at a fairly fundemental level. Healing major wounds requires time and the utmost concentration, meaning she could not use it in the heat of battle unless being completely protected. She can not use this ability to heal herself.
