A night looking over Atlanta (open)

A helmeted youth sat high up on the roof-ledge of a building. If someone could see him they might question what he was doing up there and how he got there. Luckily he cloaked in the darkness of a late night. Only the light of dim street-lights below and the bright half-moon above glinted on the hard plastic of his helmet and produced a sheen on the plush leather of his motorcycle suit. Over looking, the city Blaster had yet to see any suspicious activity. It was a quiet night in Atlanta. Call him a workaholic but Johnny had taken his visit home as a chance to look over the nearby city. As a kid Atlanta had always seemed like such a busier more important place. Now in the quiet crisp cold air, it just seemed like a cluttered version of his home town. There were few people out at this time of night. Just a few people headed home from work, or a bar.
He sighed contemplating whether to do another round about the city or just head home. Perhaps there really were nights when he really wasn’t needed. Hard to believe especially in a city like Atlanta, there had to be something he was missing. His hands and forearms began to glow a soft blue light as he push a small hum of energy through them. His equally blue eyes scanned the city looking again for any tale-tell sign of someone up to no good.
