Personality:
He is always loving. His hair is usually nice and neat like he is going somewhere important. He is always willing to help people. He will listen to given orders If he is ever given any. He loves to have fun. He is considered stupid because of how nice he is.

He gets mad very easily and some may say he has anger problems. He loves to write stories in his journal about dreams or poetry...and crumble it up,he does this because he is insecure about his thoughts,he wishes for no one to know. He is determined to show EVERYONE that he is just as human as anyone else.

He is very smart, but wouldn't list himself as a 'Nerd'. He has a hidden background, which he doesn't remember so well, He only remembers from the age of 11.People often try to take advantage of him cause of how generous and happy he is. Romeo does not like that, and he will not allow that. He learned from his mentor to always be happy. He may be smart but in crammed situations, he will often OVER think situations, which isn't good if he is in combat.

Romeo does not like to be alone. Honestly, if anyone was to see him most of the time it'd be around friends. He is outspoken, fun and wild, with friends that is. He knows when to tone it down, and when to bring it up, that's why it is easy for people to like him and to get along with him.

History:
Romeo, born an Atlantean prince, was the biggest surprise Atlanteans could ever receive. The imperial family of Atlantas was supposed to birth females. No males. But Romeo's Family took the risk in keeping him. At birth it was required for all the people of Atlantas to see. For the Queens womb was supposed to be beautiful. Romeo was born and there were questions among the Atlantean council of whether Romeo should be killed or not. Though there was a king and queen, the council was there to support decisions of the king.

By the time Romeo was three he was made a legal citizen of the world outside of Atlantas. 12 Years before his birth Atlantas and The 'Outside world', were at war. Not with weapons and magic though. The 'Outside World' did not like the idea that they could not rule over the people in Atlantas. But since they couldn't, they decided to make an alliance with Atlantas. Luckily, the alliance gave Romeo a better life.Romeo turned 6 on the 24th of April and he was required to start using Atlantean water magic. On his sixth birthday he had a big birthday party, put together by his mother. His mothers name was Alikah. Meaning Rose, n Atlantean language. Romeo, shortly after his birthday bash, began his training with his father. They first began hand to hand combat until he turned 8. That means no magic, just fighting. And then, when he turned 8 they began training his magic until the age of 11, then after that they trained both hand to hand combat and magic until he was 13. He never went to school, he was never a regular Atlantean kid, but e had many friends and freedom. He always got what he wanted, a spoiled prince indeed.

Romeo could not finish his journal entry, a soldier of the 'outside world' knocked him out after finding the hideout. All the Atlanteans have been killed off. They Thought the prince was dead?! No! He has risen... Not dead... He has spent the last few years protecting Atlantas... Until yesterday... It's some to gain revenge.

The Powers

Power 1:

Hydrokinesis: Romeo is able to manipulate water to serve any number of uses, e.g. water blasts, whips, waves, shields, or water spouts to lift him into the air. He can manipulate water from a nearby source, like fire hydrants, lakes, etc. or his waterpack. His water blasts are capable of slicing through metal and other materials.

Power 2:

]Electricity generation: He has the power to generate electricity from the eel tattoos on his arms, which he can channel through water or use as a direct offence against opponents.

Power 3:

Hard-Water Constructs: AquaJet has the unique ability to solidify water into a myriad of different weapons for physical attacks. So far he has created swords, maces, sledgehammers, a small shield, and a large eel. This ability, like his hydrokinesis and electricity generation, is powered by his eel tattoos.

Power 4:
Speaking TO Animals: AquaJet can speak to animals of all sorts, to communicate and get info etc. He can also ask for their help in battle.

You have points in magic and spells, but no spells. You also have multiple abilities, which all need their own ability score. Abilities 1 and 4 are both water manipulation, so I'd say you don't need seperate scores for them. Talking to animals only needs 1 point. (Assuming you can only talk to them, not dominate them.) I suggest you take the points from spells and magic and put 1 point for talking to animals, and distribute the rest for your water manip and electricity power. (The more points you put in each, the stronger they will be.)
