The Looks

His costume consists of a tight fitting blood-red leather armor with dark black lines of trim accentuating the two halves of his chest and his abs. On the right chest piece is a chinese dragon curled up in a spiral, at the top is the scowling face. His sleeves are of the same red, covering his wrists with gauntlets , and his gloves are black leather. His pants are blood-red with a black chinese dragon going up the outside of each leg. His shoes are dark black, low cut boots with no laces. His head is covered with a black, tight-fitting hood and a red face-mask covering up to his eyes.
On his right thigh is a zippered black pouch large enough to contain an assortment of shurikens and smoke bombs. On his left thigh is a 6 inch knife holster that holds two knives. On his back is a holster large enough to hold a sword and kusarigama (chain and sickle) with a 12 foot chain.
Katsumi is a bit short due to his background and stays extremely lean with finely toned muscles. His skin is a tanned color with scars riddling every part of his body. Is hair is kept short and unkempt, and has no facial hair to speak of. His face is smooth with slightly rounded angles. His stomach and rock solid, and his legs are well built.

The Legacy

Personality: Red 53 appears to be an emotional black hole, putting business first, thinking everything through ahead of time. He talks little and when he does talk he is very serious and means every word he says. Deep down though, he is lonely. A look in his eyes shows the abysmal sadness he locks away inside himself.

History: As a mere baby, Katsumi's parents were assassinated by a ninja of the secret organization of assassins called "Silent Dragon." As the ninja was leaving, he sensed the potential of the child. Katsumi was taken by the ninja to the secret headquarters of Silent Dragon and was taught the way of ninjutsu. He was one of the best during training, but was plagued by nightmares every night.
As Red 53 became old enough and could display the proper skills he began taking missions. He quickly rose through the ranks, stepping on many toes on the way.
On one fateful day, a grandmaster called him in to give him a special mission. As he walked into the office of the grandmaster, the door shut behind him. Quickly surrounded by ninjas on all sides, he recognized the grandmaster as the father of the last person he had replaced with his most recent promotion to master. As the ninja moved in to strike, Red 53 released a smoke bomb. As the smoke grew, he weaved and dodged until he reached the window. He crashed through the window and fell into the ocean below.
After that, Red 53 struck out on his own as assassin for hire. His business was spread by word of mouth through the dark and wealthy side of the underworld.

The Powers

Power 1: Red 53 is capable of using telekinesis. He is capable of moving any inanimate objects with mere gestures, but in doing so he uses as much energy as though he had done it with his own hand.

Power 2: Red 53 also uses his telekinesis to raise his strength to super human levels

It should be inanimate my friend, because animate means you get lift living things. Just switch that and everything is fine. Also, with 3 EP don't expect to be lifting anything too heavy with your powers.
