Six EP, as strong as it is, is not as strong as you're making it out to be, especially paper in the sense.

He should have control over the paper, sure, but people with 6 and 7 INT weapons can cut it, 5 INT weapons can damage it, and even fire manipulators and water manipulators. They'll be able to scorch, burn, turn to ask, or soak, etc with 5 and UP EP.

Just because it's 6 EP does not mean 5 EP, or anything with a 5 when it comes to STR and DUR can't harm it.

I'm aware of that and the power is written as such... Seeing as , nominally, effects equivalent to level 5+ would feasibly be rare in a sense as they're the upper echelon of power and toughness and whatnot. Thus the words 'most' and 'similar' which would obviously preclude some things, most namely water and fire which more readily destroy his control of his powers as the paper is altered somewhat and made more worthless. The paper itself is given durability 6 which would fall under it being able to be damaged by effects of level 5 or more as normal, which is how it was described...

So unless I misunderstood your critique and missed where you were coming from....
