Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

War the Horsewoman
Real Name: Layla Hannigan
Super Hero/Villain/Renegade/etc Name: War
Title: The Horsewoman of War
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Age: Exact figure unknown, presumed to be hundreds of years old.
Gender: Female
Race: Immortal
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Green
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 140 lbs
Costume Description/Image:
Personality: The first thing to note is that War is not malevolent, not really. Just extremely good at her job. Layla seems rather bored when not in combat, and cares very little for anything besides the rush of battle. She never lets this work against her however, and is absolutely ruthless both in battle and in her business dealings. When in battle, her supreme confidence in her ability borders upon arrogance, but only when she is on the winning side. If the battle is close, or if she is losing, even by a little, she completely focuses on trying to turn the tide in her favour.
History: Layla is apparently originally from France, and she occasionally shows this through an accent that seems to show only when she says certain words or when she is in pain. She originally joined the regional army against a warlord that was waging a war of terror, and found she had a knack for handling a blade. She quickly became known as the barbarian woman, and her kill count was spoke of in ballads and there were stories of battles where she stood upon a mountain of corpses of her enemies. These were, however, exaggerated, as storytellers are wont to do. She was, at some point, contacted by a mysterious individual whom would later reveal itself to be War, the Apocalyptic Horseman. Contrary to popular belief, even the Horsemen are not eternal, merely incredibly long-lived. Layla discovered that War was in fact, nearing the end of it's days, whereupon it would simply fade away. If War was to fade away before passing on the mantle, disorder and chaos, revolutions and riots would have no direction, as War gives a certain order to the seeming chaos of churning countries and regions.
Layla accepted the mantle of War, and the old Horseman went about training his pupil not only in teaching her how to handle weapons (as part of War's duty was completing significant goals in the battlefield, but also in 'seeing' the way a war should be being won, as dictated by Fate. She was a quick learner, developing techniques with weapons that the previous War had never considered. Layla also learned her new powers as War, and noticed how they gained power over time, as the previous War grew closer to death. In a ritual taught to her by War, she delivered the final blow, as he insisted he must die by cold steel, refusing to wither away as an old husk of his former glory. Layla then realised that she was the sole owner of the mantle of War, and the owner of his red stallion. Over time, she walked the entirety of the globe, performing her duties as War had taught her, developing her skills all the time.
In recent decades, the red stallion (given a different name by each War, currently called Discord) is treated by Layla for riding when she feels that it is appropriate. Given the inefficiency of horseback travel, Layla also owns a red Ford Mustang.
Powers: Strength - Layla has strength approximately allowing her to bench 50 tons with effort.
Speed - Layla has lowlevel superhuman speed
Durability - As the personification of War, Layla is incredibly resistant to damage
Weapon mastery - Layla has trained extensively with melee weapons such as swords, staffs, axes, etc., as well as spears and bow and arrow for hundreds of years, and is therefore an expert in their use.
Fighting skills - Layla knows a number of fighting styles and has blended them into a style as individualistic as her fingerprint.
Anger induction - Layla produces pheromones which causes people to become slightly more aggressive in her immediate vicinity. This is approximately 3-5 feet in all directions. The potency of these pheromones increase when Layla herself is angrier.

Re: War the Horsewoman
With a limited INT of 2 your character's weapons knowledge will be limited to basic weaponry.
Also, what's the EP for?
And, the range of the anger inducing pheramones will need to be reduced. Tyuki's actual healing power can only be used within 3 feet; so some that affects characters (especially against their will) should be reduced to 3-5 feet. Sorry, but it's only fair.
Also, I'd say people with 5 or up DUR will not be affected by the anger-induction. :]

Re: War the Horsewoman
I meant melee weapon primarily, and bow and arrow and spear for the weaponry.
Do the pheromones not need EP? My bad, I'll move that to Speed, I think.
That's cool. Will edit now.

Re: War the Horsewoman
If you want the pheremones to be an actual power, 1 EP is fine, and the range is fine, too. I guess I meant that if the 1 EP is for the pheremones, then yea'.
That's what I maent.
And the weapons are cool. Thats fine.
