Personality:
His personallity can be hard to describe at times he will most often be polite but this doesn't mean he has respect for someone else.Believing in respect has to be earned he knows when to show disrespect and when not to show it he mostly doesn't show it.
Still he is a very vindictive person and will often try to hunt down those he hates especially since he trully is on his own side and doesn't care about others unless he considers them an ally, friend, or potential employer.

History:
Firlix earliest memory has to do with fire he doesn't remember why he was somewhere where there was fire but he was at first he wasn't sure.
In the end he was send to the orphanage where his life wasn't really tough more like troublesome for him and then the war came he was in one of the areas to be first hit.His own civilization with another one the war lasted a week with the enemy getting oblitarated.
After this he became a vagrant and upon reachign what was considered physical maturity enrollent in the military to have a stable place to live and eventually learn what had happened in his family? one day if he was with them or had any.

To say those that created him were glad to find him when he returned would be an understament as they would be executed if he hadn't turned up.After some testings he was sent over to be trained he finished fast and well and was assignent to his team.But he slowly grew close to them and became friends with everyone proving that they weren't so bad once he relaxed and got to know them.

About three years later they entered into another war with another civilization the Ninka this time heavy losses happened on both sides thus a truce came early.Firlix had lost most of his team and wanted revenge, but he was denied it and detained for treason.
After being detained he was locked into a lab and there only by luck he found one of his files.

He had suspected as much but since their own empire had way too many species it was hard for someone to find out their true origins plus they had done that in the past.
Still this also meant they had no need for him and would keep him as a labrat so he hatched a plan to escape and blow up the wholle damn lab.
He waited and he crafted a makeshift weapon he used to atack a guard and arm himself with the guards gun he then proceeded to the lab where he found out they had developed an upgrade for his altered clones he stole the data and the upgrade and overheated the generator as he ran away from the resulting explosion.

He spent the next years as a mercenary making a name for himself earning money and taking dangerous jobs especially the ones dealt with the Ninka.
But after almost dying and attracting the attention of the grand council he left as fast as he could for another place to hide and so he bought himself a way into the fastest space ship they had for earth and within two years of travel they reached earth.
Here he started a small mercenary organization within legal parameters in the surface and with some other alien allies he takes up missions for the highest contractor.

Adrena:
This power works very simple his own body start pumbing a chemical akin to adrenaline that makes his reactions go up and everything else seem slowed down but that isn't the case only he is able to notice things faster and react to them fast.

Tought:His skeletal structure and scales are superhumanly tough(tied to his endurance) his flesh isnt of course.

Black Smoke:Firlix can create by exhaling a smoke that serves as a good smoke screen (akin to throwing two smoke grenades) this smoke doesn't harm on its own anyone who inhales it but might take up the oxygen in a close space proving fatal.He only actually breathes out a small amount of compressed smoke that almost immidietly with contact in the air starts decompressing thus creating such an amount of smoke quickly.
He can use it with a limit of twenty minites for each time he fully uses it.

Firlix opened his eyes, it was another day to get up in his routine he sighed as he standed up and streched himself before he lazilly started doing his morning exercises.
As he finished them he noticed that there was a note left on his desk.
Firlix get your scaly ass on the holotec room i got an important matter to discuss with you-You know who

That was strange he dint know who it was nor had any supsicion, but on the other hand he could ignore this strange note and have a nice breakfast yes this was what he would do most propably.
Walking down the hallway he noted no one seemed around it was very eerie Firlix himself noticed he was even holding his breath.Deciding this atmosphere wasn't so nice he started whistling a random tune he strolled down the holotec room to see who wanted him.

Entering it was dimly lit and on standby for anyone wishing to use it.Firlix turned it on as a pre-recorded message came revealling a fully armored person from head to toe anything that would so what or who they were was concealed by the armor.
Without warning the machine lighted up and started playing the message it had recorded "Hello Firlix i am here to give you your mission on behalf of the council it was decided that you will be leading our front line scout forces against the vicious Ninka as such for your new temporary duties you get promoted to the rank of Sub-Commander of the scouting division."

The message ended there Firlix tilted his head before speaking "any new messages?" the room whirled a bit and then answered "voice recognized: one new message for sub-commander Firlix" Firlix wasn't interested in it he left the room without giving a directive as to what to do Sub commander of all the scouts it looked like he was gonna be busy.

Reactions and reaction time are based on FS; if you want Adrena to be an EP power, it'd be 1 EP for the power.

Speed only affects running speed- but it also helps determine how fast your character can get from one point to another.

Also; your smoke screen type power seems like a 2 EP power; so give Adrena 1 EP allocation and Black Smoke 2 EP.
