Hey guys obviously I'm new here and I actually have a few questions. Hope you guys don't mind if they're in no particular order.
What year are we in currently in the threads?
How do I get involved after I make my character?
What is like the citizen's view on the superhero and villain population that exist in this universe?
Also since my guy is gonna be like 6 intelligence, am I able to make equipment that like affects my durability and/or strength?
I think that is it for now, but yeah I'd appreciate all the help.

as of today; Citizens are in a balance toward heroes and villains. Some hate metahumans, some like them. The scales will be tipping a bit toward Hate after the Reverse Dimension arc because faces that were once good are bad and have come to wreck havoc. After the Purge, Heroes are gonna shine, and even some Renegades.

Thanks a bunch those links helped a lot. One more thing though. For the gadgets to have a stat boosting effect, your initial powergrid has to be under 22 and then you can apply the gadget that is boosting your stats?

No. If you have a character like Tony Stark that gains the rest of his STR, SPD, and DUR from his suit, then you use gadgets to replace stats.
But if you're going to have an INT based character, with let's say.. 6 INT and a 22 point grid, your character is capable of creating 2 level 6 INT items. One basic one, and one stat increasing one.
The level 6 INT item can help you increase a state by two points; but, you cannot increase any stat passed SIX.
