Undisputed Underground Tournament

I n f o r m a t i o n

Reason for this quest:
In the world of underground fighting, things were becoming stagnant. Individual clubs became very predictable with their fights, usually being dominated by one certain fighter. The only concern within the illegal businesses is money, and that is something that they were losing. It was time for a new show to put on, and thus the Undisputed Championship was born.

Basically, you should:

Be an experienced fighter, as most other powers will be unaiding in this quest.
Become entered in the tournament. This will require gaining some renown in the underground fighting stage or being involved with a manager that is highly renown.
Make your way to Los Angeles for the first round of the tournament.
Continue within the tournament.
Fulfill your own agenda that you have for joining this tournament.

Travel expenses will be paid for for those who make it past the first round in L.A.
Your normal weapons will be unusable in this tournament. Replacement items with 4 INT will be given to those who qualify for them (4 INT and above) Your powers will also be capped at 4, aside from FS.
Death may result if you lose.

$5,000 upon winning each round. Reaching the quarter-finals rewards an extra $50,000. Reaching the semi-finals rewards an extra $250,000. Winning the tournament rewards an extra $6,250,000.

A meeting with the bosses who set up the tournament.

Powers will be capped at 4, but FS will be unaffected. This includes Strength, Durability, Speed, and EP.

Weapons will be confiscated if brought, and will be returned if you return from the fight. One 4 INT item of choice will be given if 4 INT or above. The weapon will have not have any abnormal powers or abilities, but will be stronger than usual. Firearms will not be granted.

Before a fight thread is started, the two fighters may decide if they want to enable a death match. The victor will not be predetermined, but it will act as a sort of gamble of putting your character's life on the line. This will be by choice, and requires the consent of both players.

If metagaming happens, then it must either be corrected or the thread will be considered as never happening, with the metagamer disqualified and the opponent wins by default.
