Personality: Anarchy, as he likes to refer to himself, is a person that has a very high opinion of himself. He borders on egotistical with how highly he thinks of himself and is extremely confident in his abilities. He has a tendency to refer to people as imbeciles and idiots whenever someone assumes they have the ability to beat him. Despite this, he is not antisocial and is capable of holding conversations, though varying insults directed at the person he is talking to are spliced in. He is also a bit of a lecher as well, tending to leer at women as he flirts with them and making perverted comments and such. However, he is no rapist and will not resort to forcing himself onto a woman. He is a villain merely because he has the free will and right to be one and feels the only way he'll be anything but what he wants is if someone takes his free will away. He is extremely selfish, but not completely and almost never cares about other people. Despite being of average intelligence and can't be considered stupid, he has a tendency to refer to himself as someone who will act as opposed to thinking things through first not because he's impulsive but rather because he can do so and has the free will to do so. However, despite the rather reckless outlook, he is a person of self preservation and if things don't go his way or he is losing, he will cut his losses and run, believing retreating is a much better alternative to being defeated or killed. His life is far more important to him then his pride.

He does not obey the laws because he feels humans are no better then any other kind of animal and are not entitled to telling others what to do. He also hates people like police offers, government officials as well as the members of the different branches of armies and thinks they are all completely corrupt. As a result of this, he often goes completely ballistic and go on a murder spree until they are dead at their mere appearance. He'll even go ballistic and kill women, despite the fact he tends to be rather flirtatious with the female persuasion. Despite his tendency to fly into a psychotic rage, he still retains enough logical thought to make comments and sarcastic remarks. He is also known to play dirty, using any tactic, strategy, cheap shot or dirty move that will give him an advantage over his enemy. Whether it's an attack to the groin, spitting acid into their eyes, attacking their pride, mocking them about their morals or beliefs and even threatening someone's loved ones all for the sake of an advantage over his enemy. He will also take advantage of any distraction that his enemy is experiencing and attack them as quickly as he can. He will also refuse to monologue or tell anybody about himself anytime he is in a fight for he feels stopping to talk is the height of idiocy and a huge amateurish mistake. He will also kill people who try to get in his way like superheroes or super heroines, stop him from doing something, threaten him or just plain piss him off.

However, despite all of that, he does have some set of morals. The two things he will not kill are anyone under the age of 13 and pregnant women, since he doesn't see a point in killing those that stand no chance against him, even if they do or say something he dislikes. At times, he will assist either of those types of people out of some sort of trouble despite how mundane and inconsequential a problem it might be. For children, he sees them as innocents, those that do not understand evil and are only raised to become part of the ignorant masses when the things are taught are rooted deeply into their minds. For pregnant women, they offer no challenge despite what they might say or do since they move very slowly and would be completely easy to kill and would do nothing but make him come off as a merciless killer when he is anything but.

Despite him carrying the complete memories of Chaos, he cares almost nothing about the psychotic freak who's memories he had in his head or his feelings about anything that went on. The only things he shares in common with Chaos is him thinking of Pain as his nemesis, his enemy and him hating law enforcement and law makers. However, he holds a deep-seated hatred for Pain and Chaos both. He has managed to overcome any emotions or thoughts he would have gotten from Chaos's memories and is almost a completely different person because of it.

History: Anarchy, or Project Rebirth as he was known by his creators, is the second attempt at creating a Living Weapon to kill those with super powers, the same government sanctioned organization that created Chaos in an attempt to make a living weapon. After Chaos was killed by Pain, his corpse was dug out of his graves by agents of that organization and his memories were implanted inside of Anarchy. As he was being grown, they performed many experiments on him along with training regimes in an attempt to help him control his powers, keep the memories without experiencing Chaos's emotional attachments to them and make him more loyal. Unfortunately, one of the two things he inherited from Chaos's memories was his hatred for the government and law enforcers so once he found out they were working for the government, he went crazy and started letting his acid powers go crazy, destroying the research facility and killing all the personnel there before escaping and disappearing into the city. He currently works around the States as a hired bounty hunter to eliminate thugs or pesky heroes that get in his way.

Powers: Has the ability to create acid inside of his body and manipulate it as various forms of methods of attack that he can expel from any part of his body and makes his bodily fluids acidic. He can also cover his body in acid that would damage/melt whatever hit it, but it does not increase his Durability. He can also sort of turn his acid ability on or off, allowing him to spit out normal saliva and such, since his bodily fluids don't just magically turn into acid upon exiting his body. One weakness he has though is that once either his acid or his saliva exits his body, he cannot modify them. For example, if he were to spit out normal saliva, it would stay saliva and would never change. If he spit out a highly potent acid, it would stay acid and not change back to saliva. He is also immune to the damage of his own acid and is extremely Durable.
