Personality: He has been through most of his life a rather stoic individual who was also rather disinterested in life in general as well as most things that others found interesting.Because of his behavior he was essentially isolated from those around him.Few would even take the time to bother talking to him at all.This started to make him want to change who he was but didn't have the willpower to do so and he wound up never even trying.He would only manage to make 1 real friend and the death of that friend altered his psyche into pure depravity.Since then he has fallen utter insanity now becoming a dangerous person due to pure unresolved rage and spite.He has also become arrogant and coldhearted due to being completely alone even while having allies.

History: Victor was born and raised in New York City where he has lived all his life.He was born to a single mother because his father abandoned her while she was 8 months pregnant.With her having to work two jobs in order to take care of them he never really developed any social bonding ability.Though this toughened him up quite a bit it made him very cold on the inside.For years he was a complete loner who would often challenge anybody who troubled him more than he felt comfortable with.For years he was alone until he met somebody who actually accepted him for who he was.That person was none other than John Capore.
For three years these two would somehow manage to be best friends despite a large amount of personal differences between each other that led to quite a few disagreements between the two.This friendship continued until one day while he helping John test out some magnetic device that he had found the thing went haywire and killed John and knocked Victor unconscious and caused him some minor brain damage.He woke up months later and was shocked about two things.One being the fact that his only friend ever had died and the other was what he was suddenly able to do.With the world going into ruin he felt no other desire than to partake in it's downbringing.Since then he has become a major force in the utter destruction of the entire world.
