Sibling Rivalry

Reason for this quest:
Victoria has discovered that the Indigo Torch, an organizations with origins in the people who created her during WWII, is now attempting to recreate that project. In response, she has sent this notice to all Thrones members:
Attention Thrones agents,
I have come across information that an offshoot of the secret organization "The Indigo Torch" is attempting to recreate the project that resulted in me. In order to prevent this, I will be assaulting their base of operations. However, the information is suspect and it is likely it may be a trap for me. In order to counter this, I am requesting aid from agents of Thrones. This is a personal request, not a mandatory mission.

Basically, you should:

Assemble a small team (Slots are available for up to three people)
Gain entry to the research base in Germany
prevent the project from seeing results, and destroy the ability to continue it
Make no mention of Thrones. This is not an official mission.

Enemies will include armed humans and possibly otherworldly creatures. Stealth will be an asset.
