Name: BS 3.0 (The Bubbleshock Formula)
Abilities: Gives Jayron Farham his powers, as well as his costume due to adding materials into the formula.
Description: A Formula discovered by Tobias Farham while trying to find a solution to britain's energy crisis, rediscovered years later by his son Jayron. The Formula is 50% soap, 50% Electrons. Consuming the formula gives the subject the ability to produce electrically charged bubbles, the ability to form those bubbles into almost anything, and super human speed. Adding certain materials alters it's molecular structure, giving it the ability to give the consumer a costume to match. Jayron Farham keeps viles of the stuff in his belt. On the downside, it regresses the consumers reasoning and rationality to that of a 14 year old party animal. theres also a green version to undo the powers in a tight fix. The formula lasts 4 1/4 hours before fading. It can be reconsumed after 3 minutes.
