it's Canadien. Canadienne is the feminine AND doesn't mean that all Canadians speaks Frenche :3 but yes, I'm from a Canadian province

Ah. I could see that you live in Quebec, so I used Canadienne. I knew that it was feminine, but I understood that the Quebecois used that term for themselves. I read that actually in the novel The Spy Who Loved Me. It mentioned that it was feminine but stated that that's what they all called themselves.

Well, historically, Canadiens were people who lived in the St. Lawrence River Valley, and it expended to the English people who began to call themselves English Canadians as opposed to the French Canadians, Quebecois being the word used since the Quiet Revolution. In any case, Canadien would have been the right term unless you would know if I'm a girl, which I'm not. Anyway, nice to meet you and I look forward of seeing on the chatbox
