NPC: Shimatori Family

Their goals/History: The Shimatori family is another Mafia type family that deals in Weapon and Drug trade. The five brothers that run the organization are all meta-humans, some more skilled than other in certain fields. None of them are blood related, but they are all part of the Shimatori family; and are thus, brothers of some sort. They haven't been around long, but they mad a huge hit in Queens, Staten Island, the Bronx, and all other areas of Southern New York. The drugs they trade range from Black Tar Heroin, to Ecstasy. Guns range from smaller hand guns to heavy artillery.

Power(s): Super Strength, Super Speed and Excellent fighting skills.

Name: Jacksa
Age: 19

Power(s): Mild Super Human Speed, and is an excellent fighter.

Psionic Blasts: (4 EP) He can form balls of Psionic energy in his hands and throw it alike to a baseball at his opponents. It's alike to purple electricity, if anything.

Age: 17

Power: He is the brains behind of everything, and has fashioned himself a suit that can withstand hits from up to 4 STR and even 4 EP power blasts.
He somewhat durable without the suit, and he's a skilled fighter.

Name: Clay
Age: 16

Power(s): Mild Super Strength and basic durability and fighting skills.
Plant Manipulation: He can basically grow large vines from his finger tips and use them to lash out at his opponents, tie them up, and apprehend them.

Age: 20

Power: Is the eldest of them all, and is more intelligent than most, excluding Vaness. Super Speed.

Ice Manipulation: He can form ice shards, and ice balls and throw them at his opponents like baseballs.
