Personality: A born leader. When he speaks, they all listen. He's a morally strong and proud man who has many dark parts to his past. He views these dark parts as trials and tribulation that needed to happen to mold him into the man he is today. He joined S.T.A.R.K in hopes to make right some of the evil he helped create.
History: Ever heard of 'The Hellhounds?' They're one badass group of guys, and this man was one of them. Around the time that Redline had suddenly become a 'Hero' in the eyes of the people was around the time that Nero broke away from the group. Nero was one of the men arrested with a leader, Scott "Silverfish" Silver. Scott was in bad shape, and when Scott escaped, so did Nero. The difference is that Scott went off to die, and become redline unbeknownst to Nero, and Nero enlisted in the S.T.A.R.K corps.
Power(s):
S.T.A.R.K Squad leader: Nero is the leader of the S.T.A.R.K special ops. He is a strategic master and knows how to efficiently command situations and minimize troop casualties. Troops and Generals near him have their durability bolstered, by inspiring their undying loyalty to their cause.
Hydrophile Gene: Nero is able to call upon water and steam to heal wounds and reinforce substances, adding durability or strength by up to eight times their natural. This can include sucking moisture and hydrogen from the air, plants and living things making the atmosphere around him arid and almost uninhabitable. This reactive power is the explanation for why Nero is such a reactive and reflexive fighter. Unfortunately doing so also increases its weight. This effect is limited to a 10 yard radius.
The Cerulean Hound: The trademark ability of Nero when he was part of The Hellhounds. Utilizing his water manipulation his eyes turn blue and he locks onto the specific water within a person.
Locking on allows him to begin to manipulate the very water and hydrogen molecules inside a target, allowing him control of the water within their body's, most typically used to force people's skin to become flayed and peeled away while slowing their regeneration. This "Lock-on" power allows him to hunt and track them down even when they've gone several miles away. He can only affect one person this way at a time and can only keep his concentration on tracking a target for up to 20 hours before he becomes too tired to continue.
Underworld Guardian: Nero has a strange and ultimately terrifying ability. He has the ability to alter and control the temperature up to one city block around him. The temperature shift is drastic and can reach chilling inhospitable temperatures. At this time, ghosts and spirits can be seen as cerulean ghasts that can be heard. All heat and sources of flame, magical or otherwise are affected by this thermal shifting and can be made hotter or colder, reaching total molecular cessation, or "Absolute Zero".
Weakness(es):
Hypohydro: Excessive use of his Hydrophile ability will actually cause the water in his own blood to become thin. At first he begins to taste iron and crave water, and then caused him to black out.
Pain for Gain: Utilizing the Hydrophile ability on himself causes even the most minor of electrical shocks to become incredibly painful.
Man In the Mirror: Nero is haunted by his past as a gangster, and how he had been the very scourge of Chicago that he now hunts. He is often times willing to talk with a villain and try to help them rather than outright punch them to death.
Inhumane: Nero's power as the Cerulean Hound are actually as inhumane as they come, and he actually has a general disdain for for his own power, making his willingness to use it as a last resort.
Frigid: While water and steam are viable conduits of water for Nero, Ice is too rigid and frigid for Nero to be able to focus upon it or gain any effect. That being said, cold temperatures actively cause him headaches and make it difficult to concentrate.
Moral-breaker: Utilizing his power over others with Cerulean Hound, the temptation to cause harm to others sets in and he may actually utilize the sick and morbid power. Doing so, however causes his troops to lose heart, and they lose the effect of his Leadership, as his troops begin to question their Leader's sanity.
Cerberus Bound: Utilizing the Underworld Guardian ability starts to erode at his lifespan, including his respiratory system. Extended use results in the death of the user.
I am on the Other Side: Nero is haunted by the spirits of the dead, he sees and hears them, and it can cause intense emotion or distraction.

Exarch VII: Nero The Sable The exosuit seen in the picture above, completely and independently operated.
Abilities:
Flight: The ability to fly is within the Exosuit, as well as enduring high falls.
Hydromissile: The missiles attached to the wings are fired off and projected, locked on and targeted, but the capsules are filled entirely with water.
Hydrograph: The exosuit has the ability to fuse with Nero's Nervous System and tap to his hydrophile power, allowing him to actually transform his body into pure water for one post.
Weaknesses:
Power outage: Electromagnetic pulses will shut down his thrusters, not allowing for his evasion or his flight.
Electricity: While Hydrographing electrical currents will fry Nero causing him to collapse and become unconscious almost instantly.
Ejection: The Suit can only take so much damage before it needs to be removed. The Suit looks impressive and it is a technological miracle, but Nero is more durable than it, and preserving the suit is a priority for him.

Prodigal Son: Nero's experience in The Hellhounds has the ability to place himself in the minds of other people and beings, allowing him to inhabit their quirks and their mentalities. This helps him in predicting and catching notorious criminals.

Personality:
Organized, Shy, Timid and unsure of herself. That's who Vira is at a first glance, but anyone whose had the pleasure of meeting The Banshee would never believe it. She is the half-sister of Corbin Valtiari, making her Zell's half-brother's half-sister. Oddly enough she was recruited by Zell to replace his fallen Girlfriend's place as The Banshee. She's pragmatic, tactical and a pain in the ass to match up against. She has taken over the position of 'Femme Fatal' for the group and is often referred to as 'The Beautiful Bitch' By Paladin, due to her ability to show up right at the perfect moment to save the day. She is caring deep down in heart, and is the kindest and warmest person in the world, when she's not working for S.T.A.R.K that is.
History:
Vira Lee is the half-sister of Zell's adoptive half-brother. While she has no true relation to Zell by blood, she is an intelligent and insightful woman who has not lived up to any of the potential she has hidden within. She was recruited by Zell to be his secretary, giving him a perfect excuse to pay for her college, a luxury her father would never have allowed her.
After entering her 3rd year, Vira attended the funeral of Shara, the woman she was certain Zell would marry. After watching The Banshee get buried she quickly felt a calling. Sneaking into Gene-Tech's restricted unit, using her position as Zell's secretary, she managed to "borrow" many new devices and experimental equipment, allowing her to dress the part and take to the Streets as "The Banshee".
After encountering S.T.A.R.K Corps since she took over the personna, Zell quickly identified her true name and recruited her to the S.T.A.R.K Corps, under the promise that one days she would take over Gene-Tech's operations in Canada.
Power(s):
Shadoweave: Banshee's Shadoweave makes it impossible for technology to detect her or make out her features, as well as any of her nearby S.T.A.R.K soldiers under her command.
"Bitch": The power of regeneration courses through Vira's veins, making her immune to most toxins and poisons, as well as unable to actively be killed by many mundane things.
Second to One: Banshee is a trained weapon specialist, utilizing thrown weapons the most as well as a plethora of inhuman flexibility and reaction, making her the only member of the crew that could actually fight toe-to-toe with the serial killing speedster, Zodiac.
Weaknesses:
Allergy: Vira is horribly allergic to garlic, and even though it will not kill her, her throat will close up and effectively remove her from combat if she even touches the substance.
Macabre Waltz: Vira is trained in Zell's unique method of combat, making her a painful foe for even the most skilled of metahumans, however the nature of this fighting style requires an exhausting amount of energy. Whenever she is forced into combat she needs to have brief moments of respite, to let her regeneration restore some of her vitality, otherwise she grows sloppy and can be incapacitated easily.
Shadoweave Syncricity: Due to the nature of her Shadoweave, she cannot benefit from GOOD effects that require technology to target her. Tracking her being an example of this.
The Line of Duty: If it comes to completing the objective, or saving a life, Vira will always choose to save the life, even if it means letting the villain get away. Her moral code will often times get in the way of the objective of the Corps.
Stealth Reliant: Banshee relies heavily on stealth to accomplish her missions, she is not the greatest of frontline fighters, and will often times even flee from a direct confrontation.
9 to 5: Vira is still in college and has a job to get to, and her heroic antics are not to get in the way of them, if she wishes to continue doing them. Her boss can cut her off from her gear quite easily.

The Mask of Many Faces
A small porcelain mask that covers her face and then causes the entirety of her uniform to take on the appearance to look like someone else.
The mask will cause flickers and possibly reveal Vira when there is a sudden shift in lighting.
The Banshee's Wail
A small box which project sonic waves capable of causing kinetic effect and even push-back. The technology functions by targeting unique individual's electromagnetic frequencies, so that only they can hear it or become affected by it.
The box malfunctions in water, and the device will reverberate and harm Banshee if it is used on an electrokinetic.
RP Mechanics:
Master of Stealth: She is an expert of walking silently, and has mastered the art of sticking to the shadows.
Mimicry: Vira is an almost master of mimicry, allowing her to recite things in voices she has heard only briefly with an uncanny likeness.
Speedster Specialist: She is able to maintain combat with Speedsters most efficiently.

Personality: Specter is a smartass, laid back jerk who always like everything is under control. The man seriously never stresses out and it ends up serving the S.T.A.R.K ops well. He is always calm and despite his good nature, he always seems to view things in a Nihilistic sense. Much like Nero, he comes from a rough past, though he is not nearly as optimistic as Nero.
History: Specter was a united States Marine that was hit by a hidden roadside explosive. The man just so happened to be the car in front of the man known as "Kurt Summers" at the time, or more better known as "Alistair Marlowe". Zak was spared from the fate of death, but left to a world of pain. His lower jaw was unable to be saved, as the continual necrosis just slowly claimed more and more. Now imbued with cybernetic and biorobotic prototypes, Zak was reborn as The Spectre, and he wasn't too happy about it. He is one of the few remnants of the 'Failed Projects' along with Thorgron and his silent friend Black Halo. He was one of the people whom helped wrestle control of the company from his father and purge it's corruption.
Zak Spectre was part of The Equalizer movement, and he lead the assault on capturing The US Secretary of State, Alistair Marlowe for the sheer satisfaction of seeing him killed. For this reason he is no longer allowed entry to the United States.
Power(s):
Phazer: Spectre has the ability to fixate on an object. As long as he remains focused on the object, his body will literally ignore anything else, causing walls, inanimate objects and even people's flesh and blood to completely phase through him.
Shadow Fighting Skill: Spectre has the ability to turn into a shadowed out form of himself, causing terror and freight as people look on into the glowing eyes of a shadow monster. while in this form he gains the ability to grow appendages and utilize his inhuman reaction and fighting style to it's fullest force, matching several metahumans at once.
Weaknesses
The Light: When in his shadow form he is damaged by the light, eventually causing the light to recede and reveal his physical form.
Biotechnological Terror: Spectre is only alive because of the apparatus that is attached to his face and travels down to the midsection of his torso. This causes him intense pain that is regulated by a constant flow of pharmaceutical cocktails to ensure that he is properly medicated. When the apparatus is damaged, he may be forced into a state of such pain that he cannot focus.
Hunted: Spectre is not able to enter the United States, as Alistar Marlowe and the united states have a bounty on his head.
Phase Choker: If the choker on his neck becomes damaged, his exosuit will actually be left behind when he phases.

Spectre's Haunt: An exosuit that grants Spectre superhuman strength and increased speeds. Unfortunately he can only gain the benefit of one feature at a time, and switching them requires a three post cooldown.

Personality: Much of his personality is unknown. This is due to the fact that he's silent constantly and rarely seen without his mask on. When he IS seen without his mask on he seems like a normal young man that has some heritage in latino ethnicity, who simply cannot speak. Fritz seems to naturally attract animals which is a sign of a good hearted and trustworthy traits. Despite what appears to be an inability to speak, he simply prefers to listen and observe.
History: Fritz was one of the 'Failure' projects that survived Kurt Summers' cleansing of the projects. He was a young aspiring actor from Pennsylvania that was "recovered" after his throat had been slit. Alistair Marlowe was all to eager to manipulate the young man's genetics to see what he could find, only to become dissatisfied and scrap his work halfway through. Despite this the young man eventually became a vigilante alongside his friend Azrael. After Azrael's death, Fritz hung up his hero suit and eventually was recruited by Zell Atterrius.
Power(s):
Phasmaphobia: Fritz possesses the ability to slip into the spirit world and remain undetectable, only manifesting when he chooses to. Doing so to others appears to be a "blink" ability, but for him it's more of a slowing of time as he moves through the netherworld. This connection with the netherworld gives him slight foresight and danger sense.
Phantom Fighter: Fritz possesses superhuman fighting skills, as he is trained in various martial arts but he has the ability to call upon "Phantom" versions of himself, either those who have survived the encounter, or those that have failed and met their demise. This allows him to duplicate himself with spectral copies, or layer them on top of each other.
Wreathed in Dread: Whenever Fritz is hit by an energy he may instinctively fades into the spectral realm and rememerge with that energy incorporated into his being, making him capable of manipulating spectral energy in a similar way as his foe.
Weaknesses:
Speak not For The Dead: Fritz speaking prevents the use of his spectral powers until the sun sets.
Vigil: Fritz is not capable of trespassing upon consecrated ground and requires permission from the curator/attender of said land.
Impromptu trigger: Fritz may randomly drop, or attempt to dodge something that doesn't exist. This is because his ties to the netherworld and all his other selves have warned him of a way an alternative version of him had died.
Healing Light: Fritz does not benefit from the effects of celestial, divine or other healing capabilities. Only healings based in the realms of science have any actual effect on healing him.
Salt: Fritz is not capable of stepping INTO a salt circle, but he is capable of stepping out of one. Likewise he cannot cross a salt line by entering the nether realm as to even try would cause a burning harm to his leg and eject him from the spirit realm.
Disorienting: Fritz entering combat can become disoriented when he calls upon another spectral version of himself, as he gains their senses as well, meaning he can see several different perspectives all layered on top of each other at once. Thic an obviously overload his brain or even leave him open for an attack.
Items
Noble Phantasm: A suit of heavily durable armor that slowly begins to regenerate when in the spirit world. A front line of defense for his weak human bones and body. However if the suit itself is subjected to healing energies or any form of divine essence, the Suit gets left behind the next time Fritz travels to the spirit world, in addition technology still detects the suit even when Fritz is in the spirit world, making him targetable by fast enough machines.

Personality: A is cocky, arrogant, straight forward, and at times easily offended. To this no one really knows ANYTHING about A. A is entirely a mystery, even to the members of S.T.A.R.K, Zell excluded. A keeps his/herself a mystery and won't even disclose a gender.
History:
A's history is unknown. However Zell knows A as a kindred spirit of the mind.
Power(s):
Genius: A has such a genius mind that they almost Rival Zell's intelligence. They utilize their genius in a different way, however as they can become inherently good with any weapon they pick up, and predict combat, making them a master with it. Even if the weapon has not been seen within the world before. If a weapon has a racial requirement or a specific way of being wielded that is specific to a race, A has the ability to tinker with that weapon and jury-rig a way to use that weapon for themselves.
Mystriumanifesto: All of A's weapons function on a rare energy source that is known only to Zell and A, even the best of Gene-Tech are unsure as to the nature of this power. The power itself comes from something on A's person, but the location or what it is is unknown, what is known is that this energy source is unaffected by things that cause power-negation or things that scale the power down. It also affects every weapon and modifies the output of damage to become this energy.
S.T.A.R.K Assailants: A is dressed like a regular member of the S.T.A.R.K corps, making them indiscernible from a regular grunt. However, whenever A is present amongst grunts, their armor begins to regenerate and their wounds begin to close at abnormal rates. A also has the ability to hijack the suits of grunts and cause the exosuits to act how they want.
Weaknesses:
Anonymous: A is indiscernible from the grunts, making it impossible for even their allies to know whom or which one A is. If A gets in trouble, they have to rely on themselves to get out.
Army of One: A's genius makes them an excellent combatant, but it unfortunately means their ego gets the better of them, often times driving them to show off their skills just to placate their ego.
Hijack Overdrive: A can only Hijack one soldier at a time, trying to do more than one hi-jack in a thread will lead to them ruining their technology and negating their benefit to their team members.
Identity: A's anonymity is their greatest feature, in their opinion. They hide their identity to the fullest of their capabilities, and would rather die than let their identity be known.
Radiation: A's suit can become overcharged when exposed to intense radiation, this includes being too close to a microwave for a period of time, or even being in the sun too long. Once their suit is down, it's down for the thread.
The Pen is Mightier: A seems to have strange reactions to words when they are said, many reactions being adverse and distracting.
Items:
One-Winged Requiem: A durable suit of armor that has a black half cape on the left side. The suit is tried and true, emitting a kinetic dissolution barrier around their person, causing even a semi truck hitting them to cause no damage to the person inside, making any attempt to strike then with force be useless. Unfortunately use of radiation or even some powerful kinetic powers involving other elements can cause the suit to short circuit and even backfire, causing greater kinetic harm.

Long story short I intend to use them for Zell and slowly kill them off in gruesom ways. These are more or Less Zell's defense when he's not Ancestor Dragon, and are going to help develop Zell's out look later on. I have no idea what direction i'm going in with Zell and I honestly figured making NPC's that are more personal to Zell and not AD would bind him closer to them, ultimately making their deaths more meaningful. Does that answer the question or did i miss the point?

It's okay if they're around your character, but it'd be best to not have all of them in a topic at once. I see these characters being mild topic fluff, to be honest. Which is okay. :]
