Rating
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Volt
Real Name: Jacob Cross
Villain Name: Volt
Title: That Blue Haired Guy, Spaz, That Guy With The Really Pale Skin
Alignment: Villain
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Race: Caucasian (Pale White)
Hair: Blue
Eyes: Blue
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 165 lbs
Costume Description/Image:
Personality: Somewhat wild, and always on the go, when Jake isn't doing anything he gets restless. He craves attention, negative or positive, and often goes out of his way to make people notice him. He is quite smart for his age, but thinks too fast and often gets ahead of himself. His recklessness is usually what gets him into the most trouble, and he is often labeled immature or inexperienced. Like many villains, his sense of humor is quite off, finding pleasure in others pain, usually using his abilities to do so.
History: Jacob Cross was brought into the world on an early December morning, in the medical wing of a top-secret research facility. His parents were the head scientists at the facility, and thus were not allowed to leave until their task was complete. Their job, was to create a new power source, a single generator that could run an entire city's electricity for hundreds of years. After Jacob's first few months of existence, his mother re-joined her husband in their research, and left a young Jake to the care of the facility workers.
Over the years, he grew to resent his parents, and eventually even loathe them.
No matter how hard he tried, nothing he did could ever make his parents proud. He tried many times, and with each failed attempt his anger grew. At age fifteen, he gave up trying to prove himself, and came to the conclusion that it was their experiment's fault that his life was so askew. Once he realized this, he came to hate the machine even more than he hated his parents. On his sixteenth birthday, Jake, infuriated at being ignored once again, decided to destroy all his parent's research and hard work. Upon entering their laboratory, he immediately spotted the device that he had competed with for his parents attention all his life. Without hesitation, Jake picked up a large lead pipe and began smashing the machine repeatedly. It was not long before the noise attracted what he had longed for his entire life; the attention of his parents. They showed up moments too late, arriving just in time to see the supercharged mega-battery explode in a ball of blue light. Jacob, who was thrown by the explosion to the other side of the room, was ignored yet again by his parents as they mourned for their creation. Jake felt his body spasm with rage as he stood up, somehow unscathed by the explosion. What Jacob didn't notice, was that his eyes, skin, and hair had changed color! His parents, noticing him for the first time since the explosion, were in awe. They started speaking quickly with one another, finally interested in their only son. But as he discovered that his appearance had changed, he realized something else had changed in him as well. And he liked it. The looks on his parent's faces turned from interest to fear as he smiled. The last sound Dr. James and Hannah Cross heard was the insane laughter of their only child.

Jake stood on the edge of the train tracks, waiting. This was going to be fun. All the other people on the platform seemed to be looking at him, and he knew it. He loved the attention he got from his somewhat bizarre appearance, even if it was mostly negative. He almost made a face at an old woman, who seemed to be quite unsettled by him, when the train arrived. Here it comes.. He thought to himself smugly as he boarded the train. Jacob became restless after a few minutes of waiting, but he knew that if he started too early, then all this waiting would have been for nothing. After about fifteen more minutes, the train passed into a long, well lit tunnel. Volt cracked his knuckles. "Here we go." He said to himself quietly.
Suddenly, there was a flash, then there was no light at all. The screams of the passengers were accompanied by the screeching of the train's breaks. "Omigawd! Like, who turned off the lights!" he cackled mockingly. A blue light from Volt's hand permeated the passenger car, giving everyone in the car a clear view of him once more. "Ladies and gentlemen, if you could hand over your wallets, purses, and valuables, it would be much appreciated!" he said with a sinister smile.
"And what if we don't?" asked a man, much larger than Volt.
"Well, I'm sure we could come to an agreement..." Volt said as he walked slowly towards the man. "Of course, it would require either you handing me your wallet, or me laughing as these people watch you die..."
"I choose neither!" the man shouted as he lunged towards Volt. Volt easily sidestepped and watched the man fall to the floor courtesy of his own stupidity. He placed his foot on the man's back and smiled as he sent thousands of volts through the man's body, watching it spasm on the floor as onlookers gasped in horror.
"So what did we learn today? Don't try to play hero! Or you'll end up dead. Like our good friend macho man over here." Volt cackled. Now... Where were we...?
