Description: Balizarde is a titanium infused rapier and is a family heirloom passed down since the French revolution. Such a magnificent blade was crafted for Maurice Blanc, a war hero during this particular era in France, and its ability to withstand large amounts of damage is mainly due to its titanium infusion. Like many rapiers this blade is a slender double bladed weapon that differs from other swords such as the katanas or broadswords primarily because it is used for thrusting rather than cutting. It is 39 Inches long and exceedingly light weighing only 2.2 lbs.

Abilities: Because Balizarde is such a light weapon infused with a very hard mineral, titanium, it can be very effective under the swordsmanship of Black tie, capable of matching strength with Superhumans up to Lv 4 and providing some level of protection from anyone stronger, because without it Black Tie would not be able to match such people in strength. Because it is a piercing weapon it can easily cut through most solids, such as reinforced steel, wood and ice, and possibly scar mutants with hardened skin (endurance of up to lv 5).
