The rules are a little complicated and all over the place for a new guy like me. I just need some help on

A. The plot of this game. Where and what's going on? How do we all interact?
B. Do Tough guys have super powers? What is the point of character creation. Am I supposed to be a hero or villain?
C. Any topics I should read?

A. Superheroes being super in 2028. That's really about it.

B. Yes, they're pretty much all super durable and super strong. You can make whichever you like.

C. There's nothing absolutely vital to read, but it wont hurt to browse around a few threads here and there.
