Bio: Walter Elliot Nixon Was Born on New York January 5th of 1992 when he was 8 years old he was walking to school but he never knew that there was going to be a thunderstorm when he was almost getting into school, a Lightning struck him he was in coma for a least 1 year the doctor did almost everything to make him survive, luckliy he did, his "powers" didn't grow until he was 12 years old when one day he was bored in school and suddenly he stare at his hand and a Lightning come out from there, he run away from school his parents we're a little concern but they thought it was only puberty, but they didn't really know his "son" condition he lived there until he was 17 then he run away knew something about him, until he was 18 he decided to use his "powers" for his own benefits like stealing so he became"Villain" career started from being a shop robber to a bank robber to a murderer... he now call himself ELECTRIC DEATH
