Costume Description/Image:
When activating his powers his skin blackens making his face almost indistinguishable and distorted. Only his right eye and protruding veins under his left eye emit a faint glow. He wears a red hoody and a personalized tactical vest that is also black and red with the word “Soul” spray-painted on the back. Also strapped to his body is a medium sized utility belt holding various minor gadgets and urban climbing gear. His boots are also customized for mobility and grip.

Personality: Extremely determined to help those who are in need, yet plagued with doubts about the effectiveness of his abilities. Andre is very humble and is often seen as being apathetic in regards to his own safety. He actively separates himself from his alter ego, His way of overcompensating for his disfiguring facial “mark”. When acting out the “role” of Shatter Sight, he seems to focus his aggression and introverted judgments into becoming this alternate persona.

History:
[INTERVIEW #1]
Well I really don’t know how to start. Umm… I am Andre Lancaster Harrison. I was born in Brooklyn New York; I lived there with with my parents and twin baby brother and sister. Until my mother’s work dragged us across the ocean to London England when I was 5. I was 13 when my father died of cardiac arrest. Shortly after the funeral I ran away from home. I guess I didn’t want to deal with the responsibility of being the man of the house. –He pauses- It was stupid of me to go, but how could I look at my mother everyday when I know what caused my father’s death? This is the part you wanted to hear right? When my powers manifested… Hell if I know what triggered it; neither of us where ready. –Takes a deep breath-
I became a street runner, buying and selling information for anyone that wanted to know dirty little secrets or have them “altered”. Life was exciting and surreal; another who had ability’s me supported me during this time. With all the Supers running about it was good to have a mentor to teach me to control my powers and keep a low profile. Despite how far from my past I thought I was; life found a way to bring me back.
6 years later during a run I met a customer who wanted information delivered like any other. Fortunately I got caught; by a Super of all people. She was investigating an information leak in one of those super groups I guess, and her lead was my customer. She told me to help her get information on who we worked for and I would get off the hook. Needless to say when I found out that he worked for my mother’s lab and the information I was delivering was about a missing project named [DATA EXPUNGED]
[INTERVIEW #2]
Project [DATA EXPUNGED] is a biochip that would allow the human brain to project kinetic energy. A child was birthed and in planted with the chip and placed in a controlled environment, it died. The same happened to 3 others then I was born. –Pauses and looks into the darkened room- I don’t want to talk about this anymore…
[INTERVIEW #3]
-Andre sits down at the table and looks at his interviewer. Then at his hands; which where enclosed in thick rubber gloves. The interviewer speaks to him but only a muffled noise passed Andre’s ears. Again; the muffled noise passes against his deafened ears. In frustration the interviewer slams the table and all becomes clear, as Andre looks up-.

Powers: Tactile Electrokinesis: (EP: 3) like a human Taser Shatter Sight produces a dangerous level of bioelectricity that he has learned to control and release into violent jolts through touch. He also can to a lesser degree use this ability to cling surfaces that conduct electricity. Unfortunately when unconscious he has no control of this and is producing this energy constantly as long as his brain is active.

Radiation Manipulation: (EP: 2) An incident during a battle with a super villain [NAME EXPUNGED] with similar powers. Shatter Sight was exposed to high levels of radiation. Instead of dying he was somehow saved by his partner [NAME EXPUNGED] at the time. Due to a possible anomaly he was granted the ability to manipulate/ create radiation and has been know to infuse it into his electrified attacks and seems immune to radiation although this new ability is what caused the ill effect to his appearance, other effects may exist.

Gotta say history. Though the radiation power is a no go. Its not allowed, but the electrokinesis looks good. Not sure about the clinging to walls bit, it seems like another power, like 1 or 2 ep.
