Personality: Trevor has a grim and somewhat creepy sense of humor, but it only hides his inner guilt and burning desire for redemption.
Despite his rational behavior, Trevor is by all means between reason and animal bloodlust, wich makes him quite unstable and dangerous to others.

He sees no problem with killing and is an adept on doing whatever it takes for the greater good, even questionable decisions.
In battle, Trevor is often described as ruthless and lethal, with a certain sadistic joy for the hunt, wich he will never admit.
Likes: Hunt, getting what he wants, peaceful moments (rare) and good meals.
Dislikes: Super heroes, annoying people, being hunted, mirrors, cold.
History:
Trevor was born in England and raised on USA by his mother. Later he learned that his mother fled back to US after divorcing his father for unknown reasons.
She became dangerously religious and spent all her money with the church, wich made Trevor's admition in College a lot more complicated.
After graduation, Trevor became a specialist on genetic mutations, at the age of 30, he became part of a secret government project.
The project was meant to give the subjects super human capabilities thanks to an uknown substance wich combines animal and human DNA.
In two years, Trevor where able to combine reptilian DNA into a rat, enabling it to regenerate a lost leg.
The government was eager to get to human tests, so they got the first and only volunteer, a soldier called Jack Thompson who lost both legs in combat.
Despite Trevor's protest, he had to proceed with the experiment. In the first two hours, Jack was gifted with super human strength and stamina, but after that, the mutation started to reach unexpected results.
Jack became a lizard like creature and destroyed the lab and killed nearly all research team.
Terrified with the results, Trevor tried to quit but was forced by the government to proceed.
Haunted by guilt, Trevor resorted to a desperate solution. He made in secret an antidote to the mutagenic, wich would, in theory, give him all of the super human capabilities, but preventing the final stage of mutation.
After escaping the lab. Trevor vowed to hunt and destroy the monster he created and redeem himself.
During his travels, mutation started to progress and the antidote was only delaying it. His natural healing abilities made his body gradually imune to the antidote.
Mutation inevitably reached it's limit and Trevor became a humanoid lizard and is now strugling against the enemy that comes from within...


Powers:

Reflexes: (6) Trevor can move five times faster than the average human being. When his brain detects danger, the whole world seems as in "slow-mo" from Trevor's perspective, in this state, Trevor can dodge low speed projectiles and react quickly to danger.
Regeneration: (5) Trevor can regenerate wounds and lost limbs easily, unless they are provoked by cold or decapitation.
Natural Armor: His thick scales offer protection against weak firearms and blunt attacks.
Camouflage: Trevor is able to use a cameleon like ability wich makes him nearly invisible.
Wall Crawling: Trevor can walk, run and climb walls and cellings without any kind of equipment or tool.
Keen Senses: Trevor is gifted with a keen sense of smell, hearing and dark vision.
Natural Weapons: Sharp claws, fangs and a long lizard like tail wich can be used to whip enemies with a bone crushing force.
Enhanced Strength: (4) Trevor's mutation gave him a superhuman strength wich makes him able to lift extremelly heavy objects effortlesly and rip his enemies to shreds.

Weakness.
Cold: As a cold blooded creature, cold based attacks and extremely low temperatures are extremely dangerous to Trevor's health.
Monstrous: As a lizardman, Trevor is not exactly subtle and tends to attract the wrong kind of attention.
Infamous: Along with being a reptilian monstrosity, Trevor is also a fugitive from the government and considered by the authorities as a dangerous monster.

*Storm punishes New York city. An inhuman figure stalks the rooftops, he was once a cientist known as Trevor Velkan, but now he's barely a shadow of his former self, a reptilian monster divided between the desire for forgiveness and the urge to destroy.*

*This night they prey has a name, Colonel Aaron Rogers, one of the big bosses of the experiment that turned Trevor's life into a living hell*

*His house was on the richest part of town, easy to break in if you can climb walls and blend in to your surrondings.*

*The lizardman enters silently by the window of the room, both he and his wife where sleeping. Trevor wasted no time to apply a little gift he got from the hospital to make the wife sleep a little bit more, she was his prey*

*The lizardman's tail wraped itself around the colonel's neck, he couldn't even breath, much less do anything but panic.*
Trevor: - Hello colonel. Did i wake you up? *Said with a creepy smille.*
*He loosened his tail a bit, the prey could talk back*
Aaron: - Ahg...who the fuck are...?
Trevor: - You know me "Colonel", i recall you used to call me the "Nerd King" back in the days.
Aaron: - Velkan!?
Trevor: - Yeah, and i m not in my good days.
Aaron: - Margaret!
*Trevor shakes the human like it was made of paper*
Trevor: - Not a good idea. She's sleeping a lot better now, but tomorrow...she's gonna be a widow.
Aaron: - Go to hell...you fucking...
*He tightens the lizard tail around the colonel's neck.*
Trevor: - And where do you think i come from sweetheart? Look into my eyes...i want to see you die.
