Costume Description/Image:
Arch stands 6 feet tall and was designed as a white male, but this can be changed with the right equipment. He has the body of a fit athlete, and is well groomed. His eye color and design can shift and change at will, and can possible copy others if the information is stored within a database he has access to.

His normal attire consists of a tee shirt and tan cargo pants. He is always willing to change if the circumstance calls for it, in fact he enjoys doing so. Being a android he doesn't worry about being cold or warm, these sensors can be turned off, and/or controlled to his liking.

Personality: Arch is a constantly learning and developing machine. His personality is the best that the human race can offer, it is continually changing, allowing him to adapt and learn from his surroundings. He takes orders only when they make sense to him, if they don’t he simply ignores them.

He does not like food, drinks, or anything that humans stuff their faces with. But is always on the look out. Arch feels that he was made to destroy superhumans. This is what he was programed for. If his body picks up the slightest bit of un-natural .. anything, game over for whatever is in front of him. He will attack at any given moment; this moment will be well thought out and planned.

Arch has a ‘bad’ habit with over analyzing things. He studies every little thing, body language, eye movement, how many steps you take, how many people you talk to in a party, everything. How many people are in a group, how they act, who they are. And the above analysis is applied to every person.

History:
Arch was 'born' in the united states. A project that originated in area 51 called 'Orphan Child'. The main contributor to the program was a man code named, 'Silver man'; the meaning is unknown to Arch. Knowing where the android came from is the first step in knowing where he is going. This is where one problem lied, when Arch first came to, he found himself in the middle of a market in Turkey. Not knowing anything but his mission, to destroy supers. The first man he locked onto was a novice shape-shifter. To save the harsh details Arch ended up obliterating him, and his family. Afterward he sat in the mans house awaiting contact from headquarters. He sat there for days.

"ARCH5506 do you understand me?" A voice rang out through his head. Quickly his computer mind analyzed the vibrating sound waves and concluded, "Yes, I understand you Lt. Owen. I await orders." All Arch had to do was think, and the communication was sent. Instantly pictures where presented before the android's eyes. The images where of millions of supers throughout the world. It took a few minutes for the flashing to stop, but when they did the voice continued, "These are your targets. Do you understand your mission?" The voice rang out without hesitation or remorse, Arch could sense a bit of hate with in the man talking. "I understand..", He reluctantly replied. His mind concluded that all of the targets where able to be killed or subdued indefinitely. That was the last time the android heard from HQ and the only hint he received from his creators. Maybe there is not a deeper meaning to his existence but maybe there is.

Arch has traveled throughout the world searching for supers on his list, a ever developing string of names and information about the people that correspond. His only desire is to complete his mission, and maybe make some friends along the way. There is strength in numbers.

Power:
ARCH5506 is equipped with the mind of a ninjutsu Master. His mind is his first and strongest weapon, much like human kind, yet his brain moves faster than most. Arch can shoot any weapon that is placed in front of him, and be above average in using it. His body is made of a durable metal, but can be broken. He is able to run far faster than any human, and lift things that are 20 tons. Arch can improve on his one body adding weaponry and new things that he designed.

Arch is able to recognize anyone that is within any government database. The military, prison, car rentals, insurance agencies.. anything. He has a special database that is designed to recognize known superhumans, anyone that has been revealed to the public.

Arch’s equipment:
Name: Orphan Maker
Description: A large weapon that is hidden within Arch’s arm. It can be shot through his palms. The weapon can not be seen outside of his body except the large ball of energy that forms in front of his hand when shot. He can shoot it 5 times before it needs to be recharged by an external source, but can be powered by Arch’s life energy.
Ability: The blast is a form of electrical energy, it can penetrate and destroy. Burning like lightning. It can take the form of a ball, or as a lightning strike. It is up to Arch.

Name: Arch Connection.
Description: This is a weapon that Arch designed, it lies in a port in his back. When connecting to electronics, a metallic tube comes out, that can extend to about 20 feet, and connects through five prongs that lie at the end. These prongs can dig and drill their way through most metals.
Ability: The connection that is made by the metallic tube can allow Arch to access computers, and gain information from them. The funnest part about this weapon is that he can connect to vehicles, or electronic weapons and control them without having to use his hands.

Name: Red Out
Description: A shot that can be attached to Arch’s connection tube.
Ability: The shot penetrates any part of the body and releases a group of nanobots that target large wounds and repairs the damage. They can replace an organ or two, and the flesh that covers them, but can not heal the brain or more then two organs. He carries 5 shots with him

Name: 93
Description: A group of small (three inch diameter) spider looking robots (they emerge from small round disks). They are metallic, but can be hidden with stealth camo, making them entirely invisible. (The camo is fragile and can be disturbed with loud noises, or strikes to the bot itself, but the noise needs to be louder then the environment it originally enters)
Ability: There are exactly 10 of these little bots on Arch's person. They can retrieve information that can be downloaded directly to Arch's mind. The bots can shock an opponent and stun them, possibly leaving them unconscious. With 8 legs on their body the bots can wield and use hand guns that they find (they are not equipped with them), and three can possibly use a rifle. The bots can use them to the same extent as Arch can, they are connected to his computer.

Sure. Just how strong is their stun?

shocking normal humans the stun would knock them right out. But against supers its not so potent.. like usual. So it might take all ten or the shock would just hurt (or be story based) .. what do you think?
