Costume Description: Buying into the cliché, Rocket! has invested in some skin-tight spandex. It is a dark blue in color with a giant cartoony white rocket printed across the back and a white “R” at the center of his chest. He also wears a wireless headset (one that resembles the retro headsets that have been flung back into fashion) that he can use to tap into police scanners, cell-phone conversations, or simply listen to the radio. Rocket! Also has a utility belt, which consists of a holster for his Shepard pistol and a surplus of ammunition hidden away in a multitude of tiny pouches. Yeah, it’s mostly for show.

Character Description/Personality: Vibe has been called “pretty” multiple times. It is something he has learned to live with, but not something he is necessarily proud of. He has his inability to grow facial hair to thank for that. Well, that and his narrow jaw that leads up to perfectly poised cheekbones, and his long lashes. Once he opens his mouth, however, all of that attractiveness goes down the tube. He is loud, and arrogant, and, at times, blatantly racist. That coupled with the fact that he can’t sit still for a second makes him hard to get along with.

History: A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away… a sickly, hideous baby was born. His skin was pink and fleshy, unlike the polished metallic skin that covered everyone else. Ashamed, the mother flung her newborn out into the vast reaches of space. Thankfully he smacked into the windshield of a ship right outside the planets atmosphere. The man inside was like him, fleshy and gross, but he had four arms. The captain quickly activated the ships crane-arm and lifted the child into the spaceship. He knew this baby, a big ball of fat and skin, couldn't belong to any of the people bellow. He remained with this captain for 3 years, according to his log, before they took to planet named Earth. As the captain kissed the ground, thanking his god for a safe travel a bullet bore into his brain. The gangsters, in their typical suit-n-tie look, looted the keys from him overweight body and ran inside the ship. This was a great model! Their tech-savvy Boss would be very happy with this. The engine started up in a nice hum and... wait. Did you hear that? There was a baby on board. One punt out of a window later, the baby lay on the street corner of Vibe Drive and Vista Road. He was in da hood now. Before any of the savage cats that roamed the streets at this time would have picked up his scent and rushed in for diner, a woman happened to pass by. She picked up the baby and sighed. She didnt have anymore money to raise another child, but she knew she wasnt going to be able to leave it here alone. Vibe grew up knowing he was different. And so he grew up with this empoverished black family. Early on, it was apparent he was something special, like those heros they would often hear about on TV. He could out-run anyone, throw for miles, dodge anything thrown his way, and could lift a few hundred pounds with ease. Should we let him try out for football? Nah. Raven, his brotha, had a better idea. After a few more bank heists with Raven, Vibe saw that there was only one way he and his family were going to ever get out of that neighborhood. He continued abusing his powers to rob businesses, quickly making a small fortune. All of Port Vanessa feared his name. He soon lost sight of his cause, and continued his crime streak just for the rush of it. Now, Vibe is, unknown to most, the head of a crime syndicate that runs the city of Port Vanessa. To keep the police off of his back, he created his super hero persona, Rocket! To defeat himself. The police now believe Vibe to be dead thanks to Rocket!, and Rocket! And his gang get to continue to run the city behind the scenes. He does occasionally fight off other gang members and topple rivaling gang operations, saving people in the progress and helping the overall city, but it is all to help build up his own gangs influence.

Powers: Rocket! can run up to 125+ mph and has incredibly fast reaction times. Sometimes his reaction time is too fast for him to actually follow through. This only happens when faced with too many choices on what to do (he has 6 bullets coming at him from different directions and angles, he will instinctively try to dodge them all at the same time and will end up not dodging any of them).Along with this, he has scope-like eyesight that makes his aim deadly accurate and some "super-strength" to help him out in hand yo hand combat.

Blam!Blam!Blam! The guardsmen were down before any of them had even lifted their rifles. Three shots, five bodies. Rocket! smiled at his own work of art. "Boss, there are a few more to the left of the main gate," came a voice from his headset. "Remember, just go in and get out. The terminal is going to be-" Gunfire cut the voice off.
"Yeah, yeah. This isn't the first military base we've raided, Mia. Loosen up!"
"But it certainly is the most suspicious looking one. Only ten guard outside, and the security footage shows fifteen more inside. For the data they have inside, they should at least have triple the man power." blahblahblahblahblah! More talking! Rocket! jumped over the concrete wall surrounding the base, taking out two of the guards he was warned about before hitting the ground. He rolled to the left, avoiding a barrage of bullets, and Blam! took out another guard. The last guard took a step back. He looked deep into Vibe's piercing red eyes. Vibe lifted his pistol up and pulled the trigger. The bullet CHNK! hit a blue barrier that sprung up around the guard. The same blue energy condensed onto the guards open palm and he thrust it forward. The energy erupted into a lazor that hit Rocket! square on the chest. It was a strange sensation, this blue fire. It burned him, but it also had a breezy, bubbling feeling behind it. "I knew it was a trap. You alright, Boss?" Vibe turned to the nearest security cam and nodded.
The soldier readied another sphere of blue and called out, "You know you won't be leaving here alive, right?" The fire engulfed the entirety of his fist and traveled up his arm. The flames spread across his entire person until he was hidden. The fire spit out a few sparks and they ignited into full blown fires almost instantly. They spread upwards and out. And just like that, the fires stopped, leaving copies of the same guardsman where they once burned.
"Well this is new." Vibe jumped up onto the fence as three bursts of the blue fire struck it's concrete. Fsh! One of him appeared directly behind him and blasted him back within the base. Vibe landed on his feet and took aim the copy closest to him. Before he could shoot his body yelled at him to step to the right, so he did. A blue bolt struck the ground he once stood at. Left!Left!Right!Left Again! They all shot at him in unison. Vibe easily side-stepped them all, but this was getting tiring. Right!Jump! He now stood in the middle of a circle. They had known he was going to dodge the blasts, and they used that to herd him into this trap. They all smiled the same sickly smile and brought out a ball of blue energy. Right!Jump!Left!Crouch!Back!West!East!Dig! The energy hit him from all angles. He collapsed onto the floor, most of his clothes burned off.
"Rocket? Rocket? ROOOOOCKET?!"

If I got an OK from Bones (whom I assume is a mod or something) does it mean... OK? Like am I done? Or do I need someone else to also look at it?
