Personality: Zachary Mark is a egtistical, self superior, psychopathic jerk. He loves causing pain to others and has a anything for the cause attitude. He would raze a village to the ground or sell humans on the black market to get what he needs for the long run. He works out detail that others don't think about and cloes it around people. He crucifies anyone who stands in his way and will take a well known hero and rip it down to the most hated and wanted person in the world. He cares not for man, woman, or child and would kill them all too make his own plans become a reality. He can't stand most people and sees people as pawns and obstancles than actual people.

His time in the military had made him synical and gave him a "At all cost" mentallity. He cares only for the sucess of his goals and the missions he sends people on. When he himself has to go out he makes it a point to punish those who forced him to act himself. When he does do his own missions he doesn't care for the lost of lives and would bring a building down on a apartment full of families to get what he wanted if he needed to. Being a Super Genius he weaves plans for his own agendas and to his ultimate goal.

History: Born in Washington D.C. to a military family, he grew up with strict dicipline and structure, as a baby he showed clear sign of being a genius and was doing geomatry by the time he was four, By eight he had graduated high school and by twelve had a Masters in Engineering, Genetics, Particle Physics, Math, and, History. He was inducted into military and after a quick test made a full hundred automatically putting him at Captain Rank. At the age of fourteen he was taken as a Think tank and a Engineer. In just a month he invented super drones and packs that increased the endurance and strength of normal soldiers. He developed weapons and items to help the normal soldier and came up with plans that brought down world leaders, tore armies apart, destroyed politicians and crucified war lords.

He set up a program to make soldiers more adept since all he wanted was to make the perfect tomorrow. His machine would activate the genetics of a person and mutate there genetics and give them powers. this was the plan and Zach had spent a full year working on it which was surprising to his superiors since he had developed weapons they couldn't think of in weeks. In the end it took fifteen scientists, twenty other engineers, a hundred soldiers, and a tower hidden by deceptor technology to power it with solar light. The machine finally donewas ready for testing. But like always the Superiors thought it had been too long already and demanded it be set for field study immediatly. Zach argued that the machine was untested but they refused to listen. They even threatened to have him court martialed if he didn't agree to field test it immeidatly. He was forced to agree, however the fear for soldiers lives he slipped in the night before the first ten soldiers would be put into the machine. These soldiers were people Zach had worked with and had even been invited to there homes for parties and dinners. He wasn't going to let there lives be set on something that could harm them.

Zach got into the machine and activated it, once again he did it for the intentions of good and the soldiers who he had only wanted to protect. The machine worked giving Zach powers he had never imagined. But at the same time it warped his mind taking a innocent young man with only good in his heart and twisted it until only the opposite of what he was remained. Evil where he was good, hating where he was caring, merciless where he was a good soul. In his mind he blamed those who forced him to do this, who forced him to do this himself for there own greed of power and control. Zach exploded out with power destroying the machine and in his rage he moved through the underground lab killing everyone. The only people he spared ironically was the ten soldiers he set out to save. Zachry came across the three Generals and the Colonel who forced this change on him, these people drove him to test the machine out of there own thirst for power. In his rage he sent metal spikes into there bodies tearing them to pieces. He took the name "Colonel" and left the lab, burying it under rubble and metal he flew away. He didn't know where it was going to take him only that when he got there he would make a plan.

Powers: Zach has the power of Magnetisim allowing him to use the Magnetic field of the eath to do a wide variety of effects. He can pull the metal molecules out of the air and form them into small objects our high number of metal molecules into large objects. His power allows him to push away from the magnetic field of the planet and fly. He can manipulate a large number of individual metal objects simultaneously and can assembled complex machinery with his powers. He can also generate electromagnetic pulses of great strength and generate and manipulate electromagnetic energy down to photons. He is a super genius with competence in various fields of advanced science, especially in genetic manipulation, particle physics, engineering, and other fields of technology. He can enginere advanced weaponry, space stations, and superpowered humanoid lifeforms.

Character Image/Description: Zach stands at 6'2 and is well muscled, he has Red and black hair that falls over his green eyes, he is found wearing a colonel uniform with his medals on his left breast. The full uniform includes the hat, shirt, pants, and polished smooth boots. He wears the dog tags he got when he joined the military and a watch of silver on his right wrist. The signal connects to a satelite in space so it updates by the milisecond. The watch itself was specially made to show military time. He has light tan skin that goes well with his hair and perfect smile. Some would call him handsome and he always wears a pair of sunglasses that have a slight red tinge to them to block out sunlight when he flies.
