Rating
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Roy G. Bivorn (NPC)
Real Name: Roy G. Bivorn
Renegade Name: Spectrum
Title: The Rainbow Raider, Captain Colors, Rainbow Wonder, Rainbow Boy, and The Fairy
Alignment: Neutral
Age: Twenty-three
Gender: Male
Race: Caucasian
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown
Height: 6 Foot and 2 Inches
Weight: 168 lbs.
Costume Description/Image:
Personality: Roy is a passionate person, following what he wants or feels he needs. The thing he cares about most though is art, drawing, sketching, or painting it does not matter to him. Most things in his life take a back seat to art in his mind, such as people and morals. He will also defend anything he feels is interesting or useful to the death, being fiercely loyal.
History: Roy was born into a typical life, in a rural town where his ability for drawing was almost completely unnoticed, rather his ability to create and project rainbows at will is what gained the notice of the town he lived in. Most of the people continued to ignore him but a handful, mostly children, mocked him for creating the array of spectrum light. He ignored this and instead continued to work on his art.
Many years later he left his town and made his way to the city where his dreams would come true, Hollywood. He believed that it would be here that he would become the artist that he knew he was destined to be. It did not take him long to realize that living on his own in a big city was harder than he had anticipated even for a talented artist, especially when getting a job was so hard. After sometime he began doing the only thing he felt he could, he used his powers to rob small stores so he could afford his art tools.
While sticking to small stores and in areas that typically did not have many heroes kept him out of the public eye and away from heroes of any kind he was noticed by a certain individual, Gentleman Crocodile. At his next robbery Gentleman Crocodile had sent his envoy, Johnny Snow, to meet him and extend an offer, if Roy chose to work for him he would be given all the art supplies he would ever need along with living accommodations. It was not a hard choice for Roy to make.
Powers:
Rainbow Waves: Roy has the ability to create highly intense heat waves that are capable of causing severe burns and intense damage to anything they touch. They always look like fragmented light and cannot be forced to be only one color or any other combination of colors, they are always the color of the rainbow. Due to the girlie nature of the blast it is common for others to believe they are weak or just pretty lights but that is not true at all.
Flight: Spectrum is capable of full flight and can fly at blistering speeds. He is able to turn very quickly and has trained this ability to the point of mastery. Roy is just as home, if not even more comfortable, in the air as he is on the ground. He always leaves a rainbow streak behind him so while fleeing or making an escape he rarely flies right off the bat.
Power Grid:
STR: 2
SPD: 2 (while running) 3 (while flying)
END: 2
INT: 2
EP: 6
FS: 3
((Two points off for full flight.))
Power Grid colours: I would like every color to be a different spectrum of the rainbow, we’ll have to exclude violet though, which is fine.
