Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Re: Lighting a Spark
Dakka frowned, and Dr.Everyone assumed it wasn't his cooking. Dakka was obviously uncomfortable sharing information about herself. She did share a very, very, concise run down of her life. She mentioned something about a strange artifact, but Dr.Everyone decided to keep that information for another time. She then explained that he had trouble trusting people.
"A very smart girl you are. Information is the weakness to all people."
Dr.Everyone ate some of the beef-stirfry.
"Some of my better cooking, it seems. Doubly good it seems, as I have a guest. But I have made her uncomfortable. I better change the subject."
"So...Dakka. I do understand your mistrust for me, just having met me. Perhaps it would be beneficial for me to become less of a stranger. Anything more you wish to know about me, ask away."
Dr.Everyone took another fork full of the beef stirfry and washed it down with some of the Dr.Pepper.

Re: Lighting a Spark
He didn't get it; it didn't matter how much he shared of himself. She just...couldn't find it in herself to trust someone she had met just that day; she couldn't divulge much more than her actual appearance to someone like that. Besides that, she didn't have anything else to say to him, anything else to ask; her mind was already abuzz with the danger she was putting herself in by trusting herself with her face in the first place.
”It's...not that I don't trust you. Well, it is that, but it's because I haven't even known you for more than a day and already I'm sharing my actual face with you. That's a lot. I don't think you sharing any amount of information would help to convince me to share anything with you, at least not tonight.” she said, perhaps a bit unfairly. He did care about her, that much she knew, but she was still afraid to tell him anything. The girl glumly began to eat at the beef stirfry, trying her best to avoid the gaze of Dr. Everyone. She wasn't sure she wanted to see whatever face he might be making right then.

Re: Lighting a Spark
Dr.Everyone kept a straight face and continued eating. He new she was untrusting. He himself would be untrusting if he was placed in the same situation. He had been trying to make her less frightful and nervous of the situation by giving her the most dangerous tool she could use against him if she needed to: information. She had much information on him that nobody else had. If she needed to, she could use it against him. There was a certain group of world governments (all of them) that would pounce the moment they had solid evidence that a Doctor named Everyone was no longer dead. Most lives are cut short when the whole world is hunting for them.
"I don't wish to coax any information out of you, your not being interrogated. I simply thought it might make things less... frighting...if we were to know more about each other. Spending time with a stranger can make blood freeze solid, but when you know much about another, your no longer strangers. Still, that doesn't create trust."
Dr.Everyone wiped his lips with a napkin and placed it back next to his plate.
"I like to think of trust like that of the nature of energy. It's not created or destroyed, it just changes location and form as time chugs along. And I know a thing or two about energy, I am a chemist and a physicist."
Dr.Everyone went back to eating his food after asking a question.
"Are you sure there's no questions you'd like to ask that might calm your nerves? I'm not seeking trust, I'm just hoping to make you more comfortable. Everyone deserves comfort in the places they stay, even if only for a night."
